Our house is Ideal for travelers looking for an authentic local experience, that is off the beaten path yet conveniently close to everything. A great city location for island exploration. Supermarkets, local restaurants and major highways are just around the corner.
Twenty miles (20) from San Juan areas, about 25 minutes, and 21 miles from our international airport in San Juan, (depending on traffic and not at rush hours).
Our property features numerous outdoor areas perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or enjoy the comfortable seating areas throughout the spacious patio, ideal for unwinding with a book or enjoying evening conversations under the stars.
The national rain forest, El Yunque, and beautiful Luquillo Beach in Fajardo are just approximately 40 minutes away.

Please note: our pool is cleaned on the same day of the guests arrival and then once a week. Minimum age to rent the property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. This house is available for long term rentals.

Please be advised that flushing baby wipes, feminine products, or any other items down the toilets can cause serious plumbing issues. If this occurs, guests will be responsible for the costs associated with clearing the blockage and the time it takes for a plumber to address the situation. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our plumbing system in good working order.
It’s prohibited to flush in the toilets, toilet paper, baby wipes, food, or anything else that may clogged the pipes.
Please understand that while we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, certain unforeseen events may occur that are beyond our control, such as the loss of electricity or water, tropical storms in the hurricane season or other natural disasters. We are not responsible for any damages caused by events outside of our control, such as power outages, atmospheric events, or loss of essential services over which we have no control.

To ensure your comfort, the property is equipped with portable backup batteries, rechargeable fans, and solar-powered lamps outside. These batteries provide short-term power and can be used to charge devices, but are not capable of running air conditioning.
We will be with you throughout the entire process to support and assist you. If you choose to stay during a power outage, please understand that you accept the situation.

If you decide to leave earlier, only the unused nights will be refunded.
