Superb studio on courtyard, quiet and very functional. It's the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian stay!

The apartment features a double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find:

- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Availability confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: A €150 deposit is required for property access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds will be processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-Out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Post-Stay: €450.
Additional Key: Reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key or lock, if left on the door or inside the apartment.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keys: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.
