The entrance door of this charming, cosy apartment opens onto a warm and elegantly decorated space.

The living area is furnished with a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals (microwave, kettle and espresso machine). A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom features a queen bed (160x200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens, a TV for entertainment, and a desk perfect for working remotely.

The well-designed bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Professionals thoroughly clean the apartment between each stay.

The Salpêtrière district, located in the southeast of Paris, is renowned for its medical and scientific history. It is home to the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, a major healthcare complex, as well as prestigious medical research institutions. Stroll through the picturesque gardens of the Salpêtrière and visit the Museum of the History of Medicine, which offers a fascinating insight into the evolution of healthcare. You can also enjoy the neighborhood’s quiet cafés and restaurants for a well-deserved break after a day of exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Place d'Italie (lines 5, 6 and 7), a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

Orly airport is about 20 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
