This Light and Bright condo is a great getaway. It offers the BEST breezes being it's on the 2nd floor and is Furnished with Shabby Chic Coastal design. One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. This waterfront Community is located on the bay side of Manasota Key, an ENCHANTED ISLAND with four inviting sunny public beaches, waterfront dining, outdoor entertainment, water sports, and so much more. Great location! Great beaches/restaurants close by. The host was flexible with check in times. He was also readily available for quick communication and checked in with us if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, in addition to all other amenities. Would consider this location again if we come back to the area!

Everything was just as listed. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was in a beautiful setting between the gulf and the bay. We will definitely be back. Tim is an amazing host. Highly recommend this condo!!

This is a great location within walking distance to both Lemon Bay and the Gulf. I quite enjoyed the wooden porch swing on the Bay, a wonderful spot to watch the birds, fish, and occasional dolphin. The condo was very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and mostly well stocked, providing beach towels, chairs, and toys. There are plates, cups, silverware, and a few pots and pans along with any condiment you could ever imagine. :) Tim is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a comfortable place to spend our few days on Manasota Key.Things to know before you book in order to can plan accordingly: it's on the second level with stairs to access; bring your own coffee (and possibly filters) for the coffee maker; you'll need quarters to do laundry; use the light switch right inside the bedroom door to turn on side table lamps (it's not for the overhead!); the living space and Murphy bed are on the side that gets a lot of sun and becomes quite hot, so place the fan stand between the bedroom and the living room to move some of the cold air into the warmer side.Other than those few things, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

we enjoyed our condo and our host was very helpful . we felt at home. loved our extended stay. they were pressure washing and painting, but did not affect our stay. glad they are recovering from the storms. we enjoy looking for shark teeth and it was so nice being so close to the beach. love the island.
