You'll feel relaxed in this very large (1800 ft.²), beautiful, very well lit with natural light, private entrance basement apartment that is only about 1 mile from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird and Alta resorts) and 3.3 miles from Big Cotton Wood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton). Take in breathtaking views on countless hiking and biking trails.

This 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, dining room, living room with 2 large screen TVs, a laundry room, very fast internet and a fireplace for you to enjoy.
Relax on the hammock and chairs as you take in the mountain views, blue skies and fresh air.

Natural light floods much of this private basement apartment. One of the bedrooms even has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.
The apartment is just over 1800 sq. ft.

Relax in the private, year long heated pool, fire pit and bbq. Or go check out the great restaurants in the neighborhood.

You'll have full access of your own private washer dryer units as well.
All three bedrooms are large. The smallest room has a full size bed and also a three bed bunk bed. Not (2) two bed bunk beds. Vrbo does not have a choice for that when describing rooms.
Space is not an issue in this Vrbo.

Coffee pods are provided for the Keurig coffee maker as well as a french press and italian moka coffee maker so you can get your energy up for the local activities.

Just to let you know there is a camera that monitors the pool area ONLY, just for security. There are NO interior cameras.
Let me know if you have any questions about the pool or fire pit. They are there for your private use year round.

Let us know at time of booking if you would like to bring a dog.

The apartment was private clean and well-maintained, which made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. Everything in the apartment was set up well, making it easy for us to get ready for the big event. The space also offered a perfect place to relax after the festivities. Just what we needed for a place to stay near events! My family loved that there was a heated pool and a place to relax and be together. Stan was great and provided a lot of good info and communication. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! When we left my son forgot some library books, and Stan was responsive and helped us get them back. Thanks Stan! We enjoyed staying here!

Grandma’s vacation with the kids was pretty perfect. Inside the apartment was clean with appropriately nice furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, dishes and pots and pans. Stan was quick to help with any questions. I did notice that there were no patio umbrellas as shown in the photos. They would have made pool side more comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thanks Stan.

Perfect place for girls trip

Family ski trip

If you're skiing Snowboard or Alta you couldn't get a better location than this VRBO! My three kids, one son-in-law, and two-year-old grandson and I enjoyed staying here. The beds we're comfortable, huge TV, large kitchen with most of what you'd need to prepare anything. Stan is very easy to work with and very commutative to anything else you might need. The heated pool was a plus, especially for the 2-year-old! Another plus is that you can also bring dogs, which we did bring 2. Thanks for a great stay, Stan! comfortable

We loved this property for a family get together. We really enjoyed the living room space with the fireplace and huge TV, very comfy for hanging out. To be able to sleep 9 people comfortably, have great amenities, be so close to the ski resorts and hiking trails all for such a low price I think is hard to beat. Well, all the previous guests have thought so anyway :)
