Our home is as clean as you’ll find. We spend 8 hours to ensure the house is completely cleaned and sanitized between each guest.

Easy to find in Sandy, Utah. Minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City/Deer Valley, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain.

Free 600Mb high speed WiFi.
The space
We are centrally located to everything. The aquarium, downtown (19 minutes), the zoo, skiing, sledding, tubing, fine dining... you name it, it's near here.

The house is "open plan" and will accommodate up to 9 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the guest room has a queen, the "kids" room has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom a twin on top, and a twin trundle. There is a fold away bed in the guest room closet. All furnishings, bedding, etc. are new.

Beautiful view of the snow covered Wasatch Mountains from the back window. Relax on the sofa by the fireplace and and look out the windows at the gorgeous mountain view.

Backyard has the Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ, dining table, and other play things.

The exterior of the home, except the hot tub area, is secured by a video camera system. This is for the protection of our property and our neighbor's. The doorbell is also a Ring video camera that allows us to see and communicate with visitors at the door.
Guest access
Guests have use of the entire house, except the basement and garage. The owner has possessions and parks in the garage. The hosts live in the apartment below the house with a separate entrance. Anytime you need anything, they are close by.

1/4 acre yard, with grass, a relaxing pergola area with fire pit, swing, Hot Tub, recreational games, a dining table for outdoor eating, and a breathtaking view of the snow covered mountains.

House has a security system that includes external 24/7 Video surveillance. The entrance is by coded deadbolt. Each guest has their own code which is deleted when they leave.

Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need!

We had a long weekend with our adult daughters in Sandy and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home is one of the cleanest we've stayed in, the beds and seating areas are super comfy, and the home is stocked with more than we needed. Sometimes rental homes feel like they're outfitted with all the leftovers, but this one felt like we were staying at a family friend's house. The hot tub was amazing, too!

Quick getaway

Stayed a few nights to explore Utah before we started a lacrosse tournament. Great property, nice yard w/ hottub for all to enjoy. games and such for entertainment. Well stocked kitchen with both standard and kcup coffee makers. Beds are comfortable but pillows could use replacement or at least have options besides down filled. Black out curtains in all bedrooms was a bonus. Wasn’t expecting it to be right off a road but once you’re inside you wouldn’t know as it’s quiet. Easy access to SLC and multiple mountain ranges adventures. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you!

As Good as Homemade Apple Pie!!

We had a great stay at the house March 2-9. It was a very good location. Very convenient for driving to a parking lot to catch the ski bus as well as close to Groceries, liquor etc. The house was well stocked with towels dishes and spices etc. Any issues we had were dealt with right away without fail. We even were treated to Crumbl cookies one day when returning from the slopes. I read previous reviews about the road noise. That was never an issue. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the mountain views in every direction. We would definitely stay here again. All thought the beds were super comfy as well!

Family Ski Vacation

The house was great for our family/friends ski vacation - just right for 5 people and in a convenient location. Good layout, well equipped and supplied, clean, nicely decorated, and everything functional. The hot tub was great after a hard day of skiing!

Nice Home but for a group of 4 quiet people.

We chose this home because it was advertised as a clean spacious home which accomodates 8-9 people. There are only 4 dining chairs. The mattresses on the queen bed and on the bunk beds -lumpy and uncomfortable. Disappointed that the hot tub required vacuuming and had a high degree of chemicals. What was not discussed was we needed to purchase $50.00 worth of products to clean the BBQ. House rules and online it stressed 8 hours of cleaning done between tenants. Home was nice for small group of quiet people. Description of house needs to stress downstairs tenant that requires quiet. Child safety gate was not functional. We needed to go purchase our own. The yards were watered so frequently the lawn squishy and we could not enjoy sitting on lawn. The strong alkali in the water spotted both of our cars and we were not given options on where we could move them to protect them from sprinklers. Even though we requested the heat be turned way down at night and at 69 during the day that was not the case. It is handled by owner remotely. Opening windows is not possible due to a very loud 4 lane road that was busy night and day. Appliances worked well. House is comfortable for a small group who understands the restrictions ahead of time and does not mind too much bleach in towels, 3 types of towels regarding feet, hot tub, bathing as well as a downstairs tenant and weird parking for the temporary tenants.

Not great

This place is nice & clean, but that’s about it. - a person lives full time in the basement. No loud noises are allowed - only 3 bedrooms. DOES NOT SLEEP 8 - kids had to use crappy trundle bed & roll out mattress to sleep - hot tub was lukewarm - many other weird house rules - not allowed to park in driveway

Nice place but busy neighborhood

The house itself is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked. There are many stores and restaurants very close by. Our only issue is the location. It is on a very busy, 4-lane road. Traffic noise woke us up at 6:30 in the morning.

Speedgoat Stay

Centrally located to everything we wanted to experience in Salt Lake City and Utah. Great place to gather with our friends and an awesome base for our Speedgoat adventure. Space was open and inviting. Host was quick to respond when we messaged. If we are back in SLC, we will definitely look at staying here again!

Disappointing stay at the Utah Property

The overall layout of the house inside was decent, the outside area was in very rough shape and over-grown so we really didn't take advantage of anything outside? The front of the house is off a very busy road so you can hear traffic from outside most of the day/night. We had some challenges as there were no sheets or pillow covers on the beds upon arrival? Apparently a new cleaning crew? One of the shower curtains fell off the wall on first use and property manager replaced it. Sliding back door has no lock, just a wood block in track to secure? Overall, it was "OK" as were not in the house much, but we would not plan another stay at this same location in the future.

Great home

The homes was great. There is another tenant on the property we didn’t understand that that would be the case. I didn’t like that. The property is on a very busy street that was not expected. The property was clean and well stocked.

Family time

This property had everything we needed and was a great location for the family activities we had planned, very comfortable for downtime. Access was from a very busy street, but manageable. Some street noise.

Very clean and conveniently located property

This house was very well kept and clean. It had a ton of amenities and we could tell they took pride in ownership. It's close to a grocery store and everything that we wanted to do while we were visiting (Aquarium, museums, and downtown SLC). The only complaint we had was that it was on a 5 lane road that was extremely busy and loud all day and night. We highly recommend ear plugs and a noise machine no matter which room you sleep in.
