Drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched landscape, this lake view recess features an exquisite private suite with two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a private income and parking on the premises.
***This location has two floors of stairs.*** If you or anyone in your group has mobility problems, this is not the right location for you.
There are no direct neighbours. You have the whole bottom floor. I live on the floor above. No self checkin, no parties of any kind, best suited for people over 30 years of age...

Hi, I'm Kobbe.

I was born in Flanders but moved to the U.S. in 2006 and became a U.S. citizen in 2016. I have dual nationality.

I lived in Wentzville MO till 2012 and then bought this house here in Lake Elsinore in 2012.

I was a DJ/producer of Electronic Dance Music, mainly techno, tech house and tribal house, until 2008.


My main passion and hobby is riding dirt bikes. There are easily 1000 square miles of dirt trails and 250 miles of single track on the other side of the Interstate 15, all accessible from my driveway. I ride a 2024 Beta 300 RR and a 2026 Stark Varg EX
I am picky when it comes to accepting bookings, and prefer quality bookings over quantity.

First came some bad experiences, then came tighter rules, not the other way around.

If you respect my home and the house rules, I will bend backwards to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one, as you can read from the guest reviews.

Lake Elsinore is a laid-back beautiful location with a gorgeous lake and stunning mountains. There are plenty of hiking trails close by. During most of the year, the water of the lake is warm and pleasant to swim in. All year round, people enjoy kayaking, sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, fishing and boating. Lake Elsinore has a magnificent bowling alley, a movie theatre, restaurants and shops. It is 1 hour from Los Angeles, 1 hour from San Diego, 1 hour from Palm Springs, 45 minutes from the beach and 1 hour from the high desert.

No other VRBO location offers this view, anywhere in Lake Elsinore. This location is modern, ridiculously clean, new and comfortable, and the view is unmatched. It comes with an amazing patio with launch chairs, hammocks and a BBQ.
