The house is absolutely beautiful. It had every kind of coffee machine you could possibly want. The furniture and oaring and decor was all very beautiful. The pool area is very beautiful. My only suggestion would be maybe a instruction manual for how to operate the Jacuzzi and lock the front door things like that, but the owner was very responsive and took care of all of our needs!

Here is my honest review of this home. The host had great communication and the house was spacious with plenty of supplies, amenities and space and it was decorated really cute! The spa was nice and the pool area is beautiful the pool is not heated. We did have to message the host and ask her to heat it for us 30 minutes prior to wanting to use it which was fine, she was helpful and attentive everytime I reached out. The views were incredible. There were a few things that we encountered while we were there which were disappointing. The toilets did not flush well and the host told us we were not able to flush toilet tissue we were asked to throw it in the trash which was odd. The water pressure in the main shower was terrible. My daughter found an ant in her bed. There was a mouse in the bedroom where my nephew was sleeping and we were unable to capture it. There was a glue trap out back that had 6 of them dead on it, the house is on top of a mountain so there is plenty of wildlife which we understand. Both bedrooms attached to the home were extremely cold and the beds were not comfortable. There were plenty of cabinets in the kitchen but there was no space to put any food because they were all full of dishes so we had everything on the counter. Over all the stay was comfortable minus the things I listed In this review. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

I’ve been staying in VRBOs for more than 15 years and this was, by far, my favorite property! The house is comfortable, well stocked, beautifully decorated with amazing views. It was a quick drive to town, but wonderfully secluded. Kristal was extremely responsive and we never waited more than a couple of minutes for a reply. We are already planning our next trip, and it can’t come soon enough!

Amazing location with the most incredible views. The house was clean and had great WiFi. Perfect getaway for me and my girlfriends! Only bummer was that the spa/hot tub never got warm despite trying a few times.

This property is truly like home away from home. It has everything you need. This property has to be the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in. The decor was welcoming. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The pool area was like being on a resort with amazing views. Kristal our host for the weekend was very responsive, and nice. I would highly recommend this home with ease. My friends and I are thinking of making this an annual staycation.

Very Nice and beautiful views. Loved the grape vines, the lemon tree, the lime tree and the avocado trees. Downside: umbrella on front porch broken, had to spray for ants, no pool net to pick up items, did not like having to text to get spa turned on. Some grooming should be done on tree outside of guest room.

GORGEOUS property! Must stay!

My friends and I had the best time here over the weekend. Kristal was great, quick to respond, and has done a wonderful job of decorating the place. The pool is immaculate, it feels like you’re at a resort.

The views are amazing. So serene and quiet but still only about 15 min to town. We enjoyed the pool and the host was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend this property.

Beautiful home and views

The house is just as described, the views were amazing and it's close to everything in town. There's plenty of room and the kitchen is fully stocked. If I had any complaints it would be with the slip covers on the furniture, they probably need to be replaced at this point because even though they are clean they are showing some stains, That aside I'd definitely recommend the house and host and would absolutely stay here again.

Potential…but fell short of expectations

This location and home are amazing. The house is very beautiful and the owner has obviously taken steps to make it nice accommodations. Overall we felt very safe, it had what we needed, and was as advertised. The negatives did have a huge impact on our review, though. First and foremost there were mice…everywhere. Both grills were unusable because of active mouse nests in them. The propane grill was also out of propane. The large couch in one of the bedrooms was also covered in mouse poop under all the cushions. Obviously we were not able to use that, even though we did spend some time vacuuming and sanitizing it. The other glaring issue is the pool. It’s still cool and the breeze can make it outright cold outside so the hot tub was an absolute necessity for us. The owner controls the heat being on in the hot tub which requires that you text her every 30 minutes while you want to use it. At one point it took about 1.5 hours before she responded and turned it on. This system does not work and should be adjusted so that guest have some level of autonomy in using the hot tub, since this is a huge part of the appeal of this home. I’ve been to many rentals that offer various options for control of the heat, this is by far the worst set up. My final negative comment would be that there were no instructions left on site. So every detail you needed had to be requested over VRBO messenger. Again, it just felt like a few steps could be taken to make this all much easier on the guest.

Disappointed

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this property. The view was extraordinary and initially we were excited with the home as well…that wore off quickly as we noticed the following: a mold growing on patio door, the exterior chair cushions were dirty and moldy, interior seating was rickety and broken and simply covered w/slip covers. We bought groceries for grilling but neither of the advertised grills were operational-no propane or charcoal. The bed mattresses were uncomfortable/worn out and simply topped with foam pads that did little. We chose this property for pool access, unfortunately we couldn’t use it. Only when we inquired about its very cold temperature were we told it wasn’t heated and that only the spa could be heated. Only two of the pool loungers had pads all other pool area furniture was bare so we couldn’t even “hang out” poolside. This property definitely needs a maintenance overhaul inside and out. The representation of this property via photos and the actual condition are quite different. This is definitely not what we expected, planned for or what we paid for. The priority of selecting a property for this trip was the pool and it was unusable. A refund/discount seems appropriate.

Incredible views but not much else

We booked this property because we wanted a space with views but also a jacuzzi to soak in. While the property manager responded to messages, the jacuzzi never heated up. We enjoyed the layout of the house but the beds were uncomfortable. The water pressure was scant and the pool was frigid. The sliding doors were covered in mold and there was a funky odor inside. This property is amazing! Dealing with a funeral and estate it was a perfect get away to de-stress. Beautiful views and many amenities. House is gorgeous and Kristal was a super host. We hope to come back and enjoy our time just lazing at the pool!
