Cozy 2-Bedroom Beach Retreat with Pool – Just 3 Minutes to the Sand!

Welcome to your sunny escape in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach! This charming upstairs unit is part of a classic 4-unit building with Old Florida character and a shared pool to cool off after a day in the sun. 2nd FLOOR

You're just a 2-minute stroll to the beach — directly across from a public access point — and steps from local cafes, shops..

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee

Our house manager, Carla, lives just a few minutes away and is available should you need her.

This area is quaint and quiet Florida beach town. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.

Parking for up to 2 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street a 2 minute walk.

The unit is fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.

Family friendly neighborhood wth walkers, runners, bikers, and people walking their dogs.

*Dog friendly to well behaved dogs and respectful owners. The pet fee is $195 (2 dogs max)

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be NOT be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*Security cameras located outside.

*Please note, due to the hurricanes, the vegetation and greenery was damaged but is slowly returning and we are so excited to see that!

We only stayed one night before flying out of Tampa, so we didn't get to use the pool or kitchen. But everything was clean, easy to find, good parking, etc. Terrific shops and good food a short walk away. Tons of beach access spots. Comfy beds and plenty of lounging space in the living area. We'd definitely stay here again, for a longer time.

Great location w/pool

We had an amazing stay at this property! Appreciated the communication and willingness to stock kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed for our vacation.Location is perfect!! Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood & the pool!!! Plenty of cafes, restaurants & markets close as well! Brought my tiny furry friend & he enjoyed the dog park within walking distance. The outdoor space was phenomenal in the mornings while I was catching up on work & having coffee! We used the pool & grill nearly every day!!! Great outdoor ambiance.Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous family staycation

We rented Andi's place for a staycation over memorial day weekend. She was responsive and friendly from the beginning, and the unit was stunning. It's perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 4 years and 1 year). We all definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely disgusting, booked for 2 nights, didn’t even stay 24 hours, towels are all stained up, ceiling has water spots throughout it. Host took hours to respond to any request if they responded at all. Code would not work for the door so checkin in was delayed also. WiFi didn’t work until late the first day after checkin. Bed is a complete joke, better off to sleep on the couch. The pool is stained and filthy also. Please do not waste ur time staying here. It is disgusting throughout. Fridge has rust in it as well.

Perfect

The location was amazing. Just a block away from the beach and the trolley, and some incredible restaurants right within walking distance. The balcony seating area felt like you were in a tropical forest and the house had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It was absolutely perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

Communication was excellent. Apartment was exactly as described. Checkout was piece of cake. Only suggestions was to clean the pool a bit.

Great Host and Stay

The condo is very clean and has everything you need. I loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning it was so convenient. Andi was an amazing checks in and available for questions. We wanted to grill and the grill was damaged due to Milton but 3 hours later a brand new grill arrived!

Wonderful beach stay!

Great location a short walk to wonderful beach. Andi is very communicative and helpful. The condo is well equipped and in a good location. We will definitely be back!

As advertised

Stayed with my 74 yr old mother and 18 yr old daughter. The place was what you see in the pictures. We appreciated that it was so clean. We did not use the pool but it seemed like other guests enjoyed it with their small children. We really liked the location. It is about 1/2 mile from the center of the town - a nice beach blvd walk. My mother didn't make the walk but we were able to just bring food back to her. There is, however, a great lunch spot just around the corner to the north of the condo - maybe 1 block. Also, even with it being Spring Break, the traffic wasn't bad. We were able to get an Uber and get a table at the restaurant we wanted with no problems. The town is nice - quiet but does have a Crabby Bills, which livens it up a bit. The beach is beautiful and literally a 3 minute walk away!
