La Rosière 1850, a very fashionable resort that retains the charm of a small village, with a direct link to Italy, in summer and winter.

This ideally located three-room apartment, with a warm and refined decoration, allows you to feel "at home", and to reach the slopes on skis. Fully equipped for 4-5 people, you will stay in one of the wooden chalets of a luxury residence (MGM les Cimes Blanches) in Les Eucherts, very close to the forest with a beautiful view of the mountains.

- 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a large double bed (160), the other with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed (140).
- main room: living room, sofa, TV, Wi-fi, dining room
- large balcony along the entire length, very bright
- equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, toaster, etc.) open to the living room
- Separate WC // Separate bathroom with bath/shower
- Private ski locker on the first floor of the chalet
- Private garage-covered parking in the residence

Easy and walking access to the shops and the many café-restaurants in Eucherts and La Rosière. You can leave your car in the garage (free!) all week long and do everything on foot! ESF ski lessons and ski lifts are also accessible on foot or on skis. Departure and return to the apartment is done on skis!

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. It is possible to rent them from one of our linen rental partners in La Rosière.

Finally, you can take advantage of the advantages offered within the residence itself: swimming pool, whirlpools, sauna, hammam and also massages on reservation.

Family ski break

Lovely stay for a family ski break with 2 adults and 3 Children. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location. Easy access to slopes, shops etc. there is also a lovely swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Had a fabulous break.

Lovely apartment, great location

Perfect size for a family of four. Easy access to and from slopes - early April snow on one of the days meant we literally skied to the door! Village centre is a 10 min stroll. Sadly I have deducted a star for the bed which sagged pretty badly in the middle, so not the most comfortable night's sleep.

Ski Trip March 2025

A clean, spacious and well appointed apartment. A good size for a family of four; decent double bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa. Plenty of space in kitchen/diner and living room. A three minute walk from the locker room to the piste on the way out, and on the return you can ski to within 20m of the front door. Perfect in that respect. My only criticism was the meeting of the host's housekeeper to get the keys was somewhat haphazard and we ended up hanging about for nearly forty minutes after a long journey. Frankly the handing over of keys could be done with a key safe/left in a secure location. Additionally you need to supply your own linen including bath mats and tea towels. Not an issue so long as you are forewarned!In summary though, a good spot for a family ski trip, we would not hesitate to return.

Lovely ski trip

We had a great week in La Rosière. The apartment was ideal for us - 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was great, apartment well equipped and could ski back to the front door. Communication and information from host was poor - we received nothing prior to check in and didn’t know what to do. We weren’t informed that bed linens or towels weren’t included. Not a problem, just need to tell your visitors how things work so we can come prepared. Location was great, kitchen easy to use and the apartment suited our family. Swimming pool on site isn’t great - water too cold and showers not working. Double bed in master bedroom also sagged a bit in the middle - noticed when we left and checked under the bed that it had come off one of the supports. Wish I’d checked sooner!

Good ski apartment

A good size for a ski apartment. The kids bedroom is an actual room rather than just having the bunk beds in the hallway. It’s on the first floor, above the main door to the block and the ski lockers but the noise didn’t worry us as we were up and out early. The property was very well equipped eg good wifi and there’s a washing machine. But the quality of communication, etc wasn’t so good eg we weren’t told beforehand that bed linen wasn’t included (55 euros extra) or that we needed a key code to exit the car park on our early morning departure (watch out for the half term traffic - the 2.5hr to Lyon took us 6hrs). The main downside from our point of view was the location, even though it is ski in/out via piste Papillon (exit is just below Club Med). Euchert is spread over 3 levels on the hillside and the apartment is at the opposite end from the shops and restaurants. That means a lot of walking up and down to get anywhere (and carrying skis if your daughter’s lesson finishes at 17:00 after the lift has closed). We had a good holiday but I think next time we would return to a more central residence.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé

Tres bel appartement, bien equipé, cosy, parfait pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Dommage que pour sortir du complexe il n’y ait qu’un seul moyen via les escaliers/ascenseur et le garage (et pas par des chemins extérieurs). Nous avons eu la chance avec la neige pour atteindre le domaine skiable par des chemins enneigés mais sans cela l accès au domaine skiable et le retour est plus compliqué, surtout avec des petits enfants.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Le logement était parfaitement propre, spacieux, bien équipé et très cosy. Retour ski aux pieds. L'espace détente avec la piscine est un plus. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Appart propre et bien équipé mais ….

Point négatif : L Appart est Au dessus des consignes ski et de l entrée principale donc bruit matin midi soir des gens qui sortent et qui rentrent en pleine saison Vue sur les montagnes mais en arrière plan vue plutôt sur les chalets et sentiers Exposition EST donc soleil jusqu à 9h le matin sur le balcon en février et c’est tout. Dommage ! Chambre trop petite pour 3 adultes convient pour deux enfants Disponibilite de l’appart à 17h30 au lieu de 16h . Accès piscine extérieur il faut ressortir de l’appart et piscine et jacuzzi pas très chauds et remplis d’enfants très bruyants Casier à skis non chauffé chaussures de ski restent humides et froides point Positif : Appart spacieux pour 4 et très propre et très bien équipé . Deco soignée Retour ski au pied . départ un peu plus compliqué avec 50m à monter à pieds Très beau balcon mais dommage pas bien exposé Bien placé tout peut se faire à pieds . Commerce à 10mn à pieds et à 5mn de la liaison pour rejoindre le centre de la Rosiere (15mn à pieds). Espace spa sauna et hammam très bien A savoir que les Eucherts où est lappart est une extension de la Rosiere Centre . L’animation et le départ des randos sont principalement sur la Rosiere centre . Par contre pas de pb pour le ski pour les eucherts très bien équipé

Agréable

Appartement bien situé par rapport aux pistes, proche des arbres, avec la visite d'un écureuil chaque matin. Deux chambres séparées qui permettent une intimité. On s'est senti très vite "chez nous ".
