Enjoy your next beach vacation at this charming Nantucket-style Mashpee vacation rental condo, just steps from the beautiful and private Popponesset Beach. The pictureqsue beach cottage includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 additional pull out couches to accommodate 4 - 6 guests. Grill out on the private patio after a day on the private deeded beach, or stroll into Popponesset Marketplace to feast on lobster rolls and fresh seafood during your stay at this idyllic Cape Cod retreat.

The space
The cottage features a front and back patio (with a grill and outdoor seating for four) The open kitchen is directly connected to the open living room which features two pull out couches, dining for four, and chic beachy decor. Beyond the living room is the queen sized bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom which features two twin sized beds, an en suite bathroom, a two sunlights, and ocean views from the main window on a sunny day. All bedrooms have ample closet space, a dresser for extra clothing space, and A/C units. Outside of the space is a storage closet with beach chairs, fishing rods, etc.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces in the cottage, including parking. There is one reserved parking spot in front of the entrance, and there is guest parking throughout for visitors (one directly of the opposite side of the cottage

Cleaning Fee: $200
No Pets. This is a private condominium community where pets are strictly permitted only for owners of the condominium.

This was our second year staying in this cottage. The location, size, and layout work perfectly for my family. We love the short walk to the beach and to the Popponesett Inn and market place.

A very nice, clean cottage close to the ocean. I wish it had central air conditioning. Very safe neighborhood.

Amazing experience

We went this spring and could not be happier with the stay. The location was perfect, the home was perfect, and the overall experience was perfect. The home was clean and the host was very communicative. We really felt this was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had.

Lovely beach cottage

My adult son and I had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend at this adorable Cape cottage. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and quite comfortable - and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was fabulous - a short walk to the private beach, and a short drive to Mashpee Commons and not too far from Falmouth. We loved staying here, and will definitely return again!

Great last minute stay!

We needed to find a place within a week as our previously booked place was having issues with heat. The hosts were very fast to get back to us to confirm we could stay. The place was a great size for our family of 4 with two full baths. The main living space was hard to keep warm in the very cold weather but bedrooms were warm and stay was great.

What A Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed here at the end of June and had an incredible time! This unit was perfect for our family of 4. The twin beds are upstairs with a bathroom attached which was perfect for our young children; while in the evening my husband and I could move freely around downstairs without being worried we'd wake them up. It’s location was perfect, whether we were going to the beach or to the Marketplace. We had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels and beach necessities. The owners went above and beyond. There had been a hiccup with the flag for the private beach (no fault of theirs) and they responded and took care of the situation within an hour - maybe less! We would absolutely stay again.

Great Stay

This little cottage is lovely and well equipped. We stayed there for a weekend wedding in the area and it was most convenient to New Seabury facilities. We ate all meals out, but it would have been easy to cook in the kitchen or on the grille on the brick patio.
