A one bedroom, one bath, end-unit first floor condo, Queen bed, and Full size sofa bed, with all the comforts of home on the ocean, including air conditioning!! The ocean views are fantastic from the front patio, sun porch, living room and kitchen! New furnishings added with designer touch. All linens are included and plentiful towels are provided for bath and beach use. Full size sofa bed has premium air dream mattress system (inflates to your comfort preference to 8" thick) for complete sleeping comfort. Gorgeous upscale kitchen with all the amenities you need! Resin patio furniture for the front and rear patios will allow you to dine and relax, while enjoying the beautiful views. Located on a dead-end street, the condo is situated to offer much privacy, and all you need for the perfect vacation in Maushop Village!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. The home was absolutely spotless and immaculate. It was extremely well appointed and had everything you could need. It’s a great location in the village steps to the beach and in a quiet section. Bill was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend his place and would love to stay again!

Captivating Cape Getaway

Repeat visit to 30 Milestone Way Mashpee was perfect. The cottage is immaculate with 5 star appointments throughout. The private beach couldn't be more beautiful and the Marketplace raw bar the place to be. Our host just keeps upping the game with things like wireless phone chargers in the bedroom and kitchen amenities galore.

Excellent Stay!

Beautiful condo in a great spot! Lovely ocean views, quiet area and steps from the beach! The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I hope to return in the summertime when the weather is better and we can enjoy the two patios, beach and Popponesset Marketplace.

The perfect cottage

We stayed after Labor Day, which, in my opinion, was the best time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Property is just as described—quaint, comfortable, with upscale updates. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals for two. The included beach amenities (chairs, umbrella) were also very nice since the cottage is just a 2 minute walk to Maushop’s private beach. William and Sue were wonderful hosts. We would gladly rent again.

Lovely stay

Had a peaceful, relaxing baby moon at this property. The location was beautiful with ocean views right from the front room. The cottage was very clean and had every amenity one could want while away from home. Would stay again!

Love New Seabury and this was such a nice cottage. Fully stocked and very clean. Bill was very responsive and sent detailed emails. Great spot for sure!

Five Star Cozy Cape Cottage

Exceptionally appointed rental with beautiful furnishings, electric ambience fireplace and top quality kitchen appliances and amenities. All in all a very cozy getaway destination we will surely visit again.

Cozy Cape Cod

I loved my short stay at this lovely Cape Cod haven. The "condos" are more like little shingle-style cottages connected to one another. So quaint. Beautiful little gardens and lawns, shell driveways. Very New England. It was nice to see so many young families and older folks enjoying walks along the treelined lanes, playing games, and going to the beach. Good old fashioned Cape Cod fun. The unit has everything one or two people need for an enjoyable stay, including all paper goods, soaps, shampoo, bath and beach towels, etc. The bed and bedding were comfortable, as was the sofa in the living room. Bill provided thorough, detailed instructions on everything, and entering the unit is a breeze with the keypad. Loved not having to worry about losing a key. It's a 5 min walk to the staircase to the beach, which is beautiful. It's a three minute drive or 20 minute walk to Popponessett Marketplace, where you can eat at the Raw Bar, get essentials at Poppy Market, coffee, bagels and pastries at the Coffee Bah, ice cream, candy, t-shirts, souvenirs, and more. Bill and Sue's place is great if you just want to feel like you're away from it all, with no need to go out to Rte. 28. I wish I had more time at this lovely spot!

Pristine, cozy cottage!

This cottage is an absolute gem! Pristine and cozy the owners have forgotten no detail to make their guests feel at home! All instructions are clear and there is no need to wonder how to turn something on or where to find something. Owners are organized and cordial. Don’t miss this chance to be close to water and village!

Sweet condo in New Seabury walkable area

We attended a wedding at the Popponessett Inn. Location in Maushop Village allowed walking to a market, mini golf, ice cream and pizza, as well as a beautiful beach. House was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Great visit!

Cozy gorgeous get away!

We rented this cottage to attend a music festival at MV. The drive to park at the ferry wasn’t bad! It is a lovely neighborhood and very quiet. The beach is beautiful and hope to enjoy it more next time…I highly recommend this cottage!

All We Can Say is “Wow”!

We having nothing but great things to say about this rental. Just a short walk to the private beach. The house was beyond beautiful and pristine with all of the amenities you need …located in a darling community. The owner thought of everything! The communication left nothing out!
