We’re Mike and Crystal, ranch managers and full-time lovers of Green Valley Ranch. We’ve been longtime admirers of Montana’s wild beauty, and when we found GVR, we knew we were home.

As caretakers of this incredible property, we pour our hearts into it every single day—not just because it’s stunning, but because it’s truly special. From the wide-open meadows to the quiet mornings by the pond, there’s a certain kind of magic here that we feel honored to protect and share. Whether we’re tending the gardens, prepping the cabins, or welcoming guests, our goal is to help people experience just how unforgettable this place really is.

When we’re not working the ranch, you’ll likely find us hiking, fishing, hunting, or relaxing by the fire under Montana’s big sky. We feel incredibly lucky to call this place both our home and our work—and we’re excited to share a piece of it with you.

It’s everything we love about Montana—peaceful, wild, and breathtakingly beautiful. Green Valley Ranch sits just outside Glacier National Park, surrounded by forests, rivers, and wide-open skies. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the wind through the trees, spot wildlife at sunrise, and still be close enough to enjoy the charm of nearby small towns like Columbia Falls and Whitefish.

What we enjoy most is the quiet. There’s a stillness here that grounds you. No traffic, no crowds—just the sound of nature and the space to breathe. Whether it's watching deer move through the pasture, catching a perfect sunset over the mountains, or sharing a fire with guests under the stars, every day reminds us why we fell in love with this place.

The property itself is nestled on 480 private acres of meadows, forest, and creeks—with views that stretch for miles and a feeling of solitude you just can’t find many places anymore.
