The Sand Dollar at Grand Panama. This tower 2 unit is not beach front but does have a nice view of Front Beach Road and the Edgewater Beach Resort towers. The tower two building is across the street from the beach.
Amenities inside and out include features such as covered parking for a maximum of two cars, keyless entry, wifi inside and out, 3 bathrooms, television in every bedroom and the living room, open kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo, pools includin a raised roof top pool on top of the parking deck, right outside the window of this tower two condo and at Tower One, a beautiful gulf side pool with sea breeze and palms trees with two water spas, a pool side tiki bar and BBQ grills. As a guest staying in Tower Two, you are welcome to cross the street to enjoy the beautiful beach front amenities. The resort also has a nice exercise facility and a butterfly garden behind the parking lot. Tower Two is walking distance to a souvenir shop and a go-kart rental stand.
Frank Brown Park, Pier Park and the Panama City Beach Aquatic Center are just a few miles west of the Sand Dollar.
The Grand Panama is contemporary, beautifully landscaped and excellently maintained. Although the Sand Dollar is compact, it does accommodate 8 people overnight in the three bedrooms and the bunks in the hall.
The decor is a very casual yet comfortable, contemporary environment to relax in after a great day outdoors. The intimate, quaint balcony is perfect for sitting out to admire the glistening headlights of the long line of cars passing by after sundown.
Come make wonderful memories that can last a lifetime. Resort policies require that at least one person in every party be 25 or older.

Beach Vacation Retreat

The condo was nicely appointed and roomy enough for 6 adults. I loved all the windows letting in natural light. Parking was a bit difficult at times as the garage was rather full. Great location to walk to the beach. It was very handy to have the wagon provided to tote things to/from the beach. The only complaint I have is that upon check-in I was told there would be people coming by to tour the unit with a real estate agent as it was for sale. I just feel like that should have been done when the unit was not occupied. So, during our breakfast there was a knock at the door and a realtor was there with a family to walk through. About an hour later, another couple showed up saying they were late and missed the realtor and still wanted to walk through. We let them, but it was just weird. I felt that was a pretty unprofessional event to have happen especially considering we paid about $3,000 to stay there and nothing was offered to compensate our inconvenience.

Excellent Location

We loved the property & location. The pictures were great but did not fully represent.. this place is beautiful! The staff on the property were extremely nice & helpful. My only complaint is that the fridge was not cold enough for my taste. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious bedrooms with all private bathrooms!

Really appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We had 3 families staying in this condo and it was nice to have our own space. I would definitely stay here again. Only negative thing I have to say is that you only get 2 parking passes for each condo, which is not the owner’s fault, this is controlled by Grand Panama itself. Our 3rd family had to park off site and pay out of pocket. There needs to be another overflow lot available, but there’s only one.

Great condo and excellent communication between us and rental property

The experience I had with this condo was great. Didn’t have a beach wagon, but was sent a brand new one up the same night I asked about one. The rental property was quick to respond to any of our requests. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and stay there again myself.

Nice place to stay. Could of used a few more pans and bowls for larger families. Little misleading with the pix. Thought there were more beds than there were. Couldn’t get the floors cleaned. We cleaned a few times during our stay. None of this would keep us from starting again tho. Our stay was while the big pool was closed for vandalism of glass in the pool and it made for a crowded time on the pool in our tower. Seemed to be too many unattended children in the pool also
