In the heart of the "Site des 2 caps", Wimereux, a small charming seaside resort on the Opal Coast, seduces us with its sea, its large sandy beaches, its seawall, its pretty colorful villas.<br><br>The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a very quiet and elegant residence "Résidence Windsor", 200 m from the center and 100 m from the dike of Wimereux and 6 kms from Boulogne sur Mer with its fishing port and the old center.<br><br>Apartment refurbished in 2021, modern décor.<br>Apartment of 56 m² with 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.<br><br>Capacity: 5 people maximum.<br><br>ENTRANCE - CORRIDOR: <br>Entrance equipped with a dressing room and leading to Bedroom, WC, Shower Room and Living Room - Kitchen. <br><br>KITCHEN - LIVING ROOM:<br>The kitchen is fully equipped: Induction hob, hood, dishwasher, coffee machine (Coffee machine + Nespresso), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, grilling appliance, ...<br>The living room is very bright with 1 large bay window opening onto a balcony with a small sea view.<br>Table + chairs for 6 people, Sofa, flat screen TV, Internet box connected to fiber.<br><br>BEDROOM 1:<br>1 bunk bed with a 140*200 bed at the bottom and 1 90*200 bed at the top.<br><br>BEDROOM 2:<br>1 Double bed 160*200 with these 2 bedside tables<br>Flat screen TV.<br><br>SHOWER ROOM:<br>Large washbasin with cabinet and illuminated mirror.<br>Walk-in shower. <br>Towel radiator.<br><br>WC:<br>Wall-hung toilet. <br><br>Ideally located 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from Rue Carnot.<br>Nearby towns: Ambleteuse - Audresselles - Cap Blanc Nez - Cap Gris Nez - Wissant - Tardinghem - Boulogne sur Mer - Hardelot - Le Touquet.<br>1 parking space. <br><br>The rental price includes water, heating and electricity charges.<br>End-of-stay cleaning is possible at an additional cost of €80.<br>Bed linen rental is not included in the price, but it is still possible at a rate of €15 per bed.<br><br>NO SMOKING accommodation - Pets NOT ALLOWED.<br>FREE WIFI.<br><br>I am at your disposal if you would like further information.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you,

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and everything needed for self-catering. The location was excellent — an easy walk to both the beach and local shops — and having parking was a real bonus.A couple of practical notes for future guests: there is an 80 cash cleaning deposit requested on arrival, which is returned if the apartment is left cleaned to the same standard. Also, bedding is not included, so just be prepared to bring your own.

Super appartement très agréable et lumineux. Très bien placé avec place de parking ultra pratique !!Nous y avons dormi 5 nuits et pu visiter la côte d’opale. L’appartement est au 2e étage sans ascenseur. On voit la mer du coin du balcon. Il est très bien agencé et décoré. Il y a 1 chambre d’adultes et 1 chambre d’enfants. Il était bien propre et équipé. Attention pas de draps ni serviettes ni même de torchon. Vous n’étions pas au courant et n’avions pas réussi à joindre l'hôte … à part cela tout était très bien.

Prima appartement, goed ingericht en keuken top! Wij waren er met 5 volwassenen. Is te doen. Op 2e verdieping, er is geen lift. Parkeerplek voor 1 auto. Tussen 1 november en 1 april gratis parkeren op straat. Op loopafstand van de zee en de gezellige winkelstraat met o.a bakker en carrefour expres.

Schöne neue und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in super Lage. Der eigene Parkplatz ist angesichts der öffentlichen Parkplätze in Wimereux von unschlagbaren Wert.

Appartement bien situé, lumineux, bien equipé.

Appartement situé près de la plage, la digue, la rue Carnot. Il est lumineux, agréable, bien équipé (casseroles, poêles de toutes dimensions, etc.) Idéal pour y passer de belles vacances. Decoré avec goût et en délicatesse (pas surchargé). Volets pour la nuit. Place de parking prévue, ce qui est grandement appreciable ! On s y sent bien. Merci.
