Sylva Stroll is an 80+ year old historical home that has been lovingly restored and is equipped with all the amenities of modern living while keeping the ambiance of yesteryear. Located in the heart of downtown, you are only a short walk to the many highly sought-after local attractions. Whether you are with a group of friends or your family, this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home offers everything you may need to refresh, re-unite and build wonderful memories together.

At Sylva Stroll you'll find a beautiful home full of brilliant decorations, top of the line furniture, and everything you need to accommodate eight guests. Downstairs you'll appreciate the convenience of being able to cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen if you choose to eat-in while on vacation. Cozy up by the electric fireplace in the living room and watch movies on the flat-screen TV with DirectTV or gather around the table and play one of the provided board games. On the lower level, you will also find the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and large flat screen tv. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms – one private queen room and the other with a queen and two twin beds.

Take advantage of the mountain weather and enjoy the gas grill area on the spacious deck where you can tell tall tales and look up at star-filled skies. Sylva Stroll offers a rare bonus for a downtown vacation home with plenty of parking for you & your entourage. Downtown is full of wonderful diverse restaurants and coffee shops, unique boutique shopping, and upscale spa, local breweries, and historically significant monuments and landmarks. All of this and much more are just minutes from this premier home and can be enjoyed by foot!

Excellent location to walk into town, where there are wonderful restaurants and shops. Also a convenient location for hiking trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and to get to nearby lakes. The local park has Friday night concerts in the summer, which was a nice way to begin our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures don’t do justice to how cute, clean and comfortable the rental actually is. We had weekend company during our stay and they had the second floor to use as their suite. There was plenty of room for all of us. Although the property is an easy walk to town, it is tucked away on a quiet lot. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our 35-year wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is perfect as you can walk to everywhere in downtown Sylva. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, Clean, Great Location

This is a really nice house with plenty of room for a family or group to hangout or cook together. Lots of seating. Very clean. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Sylva. We had a short stay and didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but this would be a great place to spend a full week while exploring the surrounding areas. Outside of the house,there is a little creek to sit by and I'm sure grilling outside on the deck would be relaxing here. We would definitively stay here again.

Location location location

We were visiting Sylva and opted for a bigger place so friends could come join us for part of the visit. Our bed was so comfortable. It was cold out and although the rooms were warm, it was cold in the dining area. A space heater would have been a nice amenity. All in all it was a great stay.

If I could give 10 stars!

This house is awesome and it is a very easy walk to Main St Sylva. Great restaurants and souvenir shopping. Also easy drive to Blue Ridge Pkwy and you could do a Biltmore day trip. Was only 2 of us but would love to go back with the larger family.

Perfect Transition

The house and the location were practical and convenient for our visit to Cullowhee to help our grandson move in for his freshman year. The space was a good fit for us with his parents and three brothers.

Great getaway

Sylva Stroll is amazing. We (four adults, one toddler) for a long weekend and truly enjoyed the property. Everything in town is an easy walk, and the house itself is just fantastic. Highly recommend.

Cozy cottage!

I was in Sylva for my daughter's ballet performance at WCU. We hosted 4 of the dancers at the cottage and had a wonderful stay. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The cottage was spotless and very charming. We would definitely go back.
