Located on the right bank of Le Grau-du-Roi, in the beachfront residence Château Leenhardt, this 1-bedroom apartment with cabin is perfect for a family stay just steps from the beach.

Set in a quiet and sought-after area in the heart of the village, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets, restaurants, cinema and seaside walks.

From the terrace, enjoy a beautiful open view of the sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes and La Grande-Motte, with stunning sunsets.

The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a private parking space.

Neglected property

Please put new furniture on the terrace, a new and good bed, proper and safe lighting on the terrace, a clean table and replace the rusty chairs. Clean everything well !!! Do this all before you let new guests in.

Satisfaction

Accueil très satisfaisant et avec des explications précises . Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement nous avons ressentie un sentiment de confiance , tout paraissait propre et ça a continué .La terrasse était un peu sablonneuse mais comment faire autrement si près de la plage .C'était un avant gout . Avons passé un bon séjour que nous aurions aimé prolonger PS: parfait pour les éléments et ustensiles de cuisine ; mais un couteau à pain serait bienvenu . Autre PS; les feuilles poussées par le vent d'automne sont restées tenaces dans le hall .

Concernant les feuilles présentes dans le hall, il s’agit malheureusement d’une partie commune de la résidence, que notre agence ne gère pas directement, n’étant pas le syndic de copropriété. Garez votre voiture, ouvrez vos valises. Tout est à portée de main. Mer,Magasin, grau du roi. Tout se fait à pied.

Logt très bien situé, pièce à vivre un peu petite, surtout par mauvais temps comme ns avons eu. Terrasse géniale mais pas la chance d'en profiter. Gros bémol pour les lits superposés, il faut savoir y monter, échelle beaucoup trop raide, et il ne faut pas avoir besoin de se lever la nuit. Logement plus pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant

Bien et agréable

Appartement calme, securisé vue sur mer proche centre ville et centre commercial à côté, proche de la plage. Agréable kit de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Appartement tres bien équipé (frigo, lave vaiselle, lave linge, four...) et propre dans l'appartement. Les 2 seuls choses à améliorer, la propreté de la terrasse(grosse tache noir que nous avons lavé à notre arrivée entre autre) et litterie du lit double à changer car trop mou.

Une agence au top avec un service au top !

Comme toujours Aurélie et son équipe nous ont soigné aux petits oignons. Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que nous faisons appels à ses services et à chaque fois nous sommes plus que ravi. L'appartement B104 était très bien son gros avantages était d'avoir cette superbe terrasse de 70m² plein sud avec vue sur mer. Encore merci pour ce super séjour passé grâce à vous !
