This is a beautiful 5th floor unit. With a large balcony in one of the best kept buildings in all of Ponce Inlet the Oceanquest, overlooking the ocean and beautiful NO DRIVE BEACH, you can enjoy the sunrise, cool breezes, the sounds of the surf, wildlife and views both north and south with no crowds in peaceful tranquility.

This totally upgraded unit has has everything new: custom tiled flooring thru-out, new kitchen cabinetry, counters, and stainless appliances, new A/C unit, hot water heater, all new Impact Windows including sliders, all new doors and Plantation Shutters. Enjoy the Social Room with a complete kitchen and outside terrace for all community functions. A convenient library and exercise room with sauna compliment the social room. All this with underground parking and keyed front door access for security and management on property. The most peaceful place in Ponce Inlet!
