Perfect sized beach retreat located on the no-drive section of Ponce Inlet Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath sleeps 5 comfortably. It is a corner condo with a master bedroom that not only sports a side view up the beach to Daytona Proper, but also provides a wall-to-wall window view of the ocean directly from your king-size bed! This condo is on the 5th floor and sits high enough in the building to provide an unimpeded perspective, yet is low enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the waves breaking as you drift off to sleep. Wood-look tile flooring throughout, washer/dryer, updated bathrooms and furniture for a cozy coastal retreat.

Located just a few miles south of the main Daytona Beach, the idyllic Ponce Inlet location provides a natural, quiet escape from the frenetic pace of crowds, yet it is a stone's throw from many attractions and activities should you choose to join the fray. This 885 sq. ft. little gem is a great getaway, bright and beachy, and is situated with a great view of the Ponce lighthouse jetty. It is only a 3-minute walk down the beach to the famous "North Turn" restaurant & mini museum, where you can relax with a drink at the bar, listen to local live music, or play a pick-up game of sand volleyball on the no-drive, turtle sanctuary beach.

Or, if you are a homebody, grab a cup of coffee/K-cup and walk out on your condo's private balcony in the early morning to catch the sun rise over the water before heading down to the main floor with your book to relax in a breezy Adirondack chair. In the afternoon, walk up the beach to spy some sea life and people activities, and circle back to take a refreshing swim in the condo pool, where you can catch some rays while lounging on a chaise. End your day prepping a simple meal and toasting to your peace and relaxation -- you have everything you need to eat in, relax, and watch TV from the bedrooms or the main living area. Its a quiet corner condo directly on the beach. It had everything we needed, lots of beach gear, towels, etc. We will stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Vance & Wendy’s unit at Southpoint!! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the view from the livingroom and also from the master bedroom. We are already looking forward to staying in their condo next year! Wendy was very responsive to any questions we had during the booking process and also during our stay. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Terrific week in Ponce Inlet. This was a great place with a sensational view of the beach. Our host was very communicative outlining everything before we arrived. Heated pool was an added bonus.

Perfect family beach vacation

We stayed at Wendy's condo for a week. Her condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. Wendy was absolutely wonderful host, quick and easy to communicate with and we would love to stay her again when we come back for our next visit.

We had the best time at Wendy's condo. She was very easy to work with and the condo is exactly as described in the ad. Weather was perfect and we hated to leave. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location, and great room.

AMAZING Week at Southpoint

We have stayed at Southpoint for many years, this condo was the best yet! We didn’t need to bring a thing, everything you need for a beach vacation was there for use. The owner was a wonderful to work with and attentive to our questions before arrival. A joy to work with. We will be back!!

Absolutely the best!!

Everything about this condo was ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations!!!! I wish i could give 10 stars but only 5 were optional. Haha loved it!! The amenities were exceptional! Didnt need anything except our luggage and food/drink! I will absolutely be booking again!

Great Condo!

This property matches all the pics provided! It was very clean, and the owners were great. All the information provided by them was helpful. They provided extra beach towels and toys for the kids. We will be back!

Amazing view from master bedroom

It was a great location for us. No one driving on the beach so my grandchildren could play and I could relax. The view from the master bedroom has to be absolutely the pretties view I’ve ever seen from a master. The manager on property is very sweet and helpful. The owner of the condo worked with me very closely. Over all a great vacation and would stay there again. Thank you all for helping make my last summer trip with my family a great vacation.

Unit is as described - Great location - You’re on the beach. Overall things were good & would recommend. Unit was ‘stocked’ very well with soaps, papers & various kitchen/cooking supplies. Somewhat overstocked on decorative bed/couch throw pillows, etc. The 6 dining table chairs and 5 bar height chairs take up some room for moving around the unit but might be helpful if you want to have friends, relatives and neighbors over for a sit down visit. Enjoy!!

Blissful Stay

The property is exactly as shown in the listing. It is lovely. The soft sand beach is right outside the property front door with just the right amount of waves for boogie boarding (so fun!). Wendy was so kind to us after we had travel delays. So easy to communicate with for any questions. We didn't use the pool so I don't have a review for that. Everything you could think of needing is provided, just show up with your groceries. We'll definitely be back. Everyone in the building and on the beach were so friendly. If I could give this property 10 stars I would.

What A Hidden Gem! Great Oceanfront Condo!

Beautiful, well maintained condo in secluded Ponce Inlet away from the crowds. This property was great! We were down here for vacation and this property was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! So easy to get to the pool and the beach and the owner answered any question right away. We would definitely stay here again! The condo is direct oceanfront and it is a corner unit. The Northern view and Oceanfront view from the master bedroom is spectacular! It has the comforts of home and it's great waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. Just a short walk away for oceanfront dining and live music. What a great location. We will be back! Thanks!

Great Beachfront Condo

This property was really well maintained, and had a lot of great amenities. We primarily used the beach for our little kiddos. The condo was stocked with standard kitchen amenities. I'd say the only downside was there was no dresser or closet space in the Primary bedroom to hold clothes, but there was an abundance of seating options in every room. That being said, I think it was fine for a short stay, but if we were renting for a month or longer like some snowbirds do, the storage space in the Primary bedroom would not be sufficient. Overall, would definitely stay here again, and the hosts were very responsive and kind!

Friends get away

Waterfront condo. Beautiful unobstructed view of Atlantic Ocean. Newly remodeled. Everything you need including beach towels and chairs. Also included all paper products and well stocked kitchen pots, pans,dishes,etc. Double bed in second bedroom good but twin bed in same room squeaked. Master bedroom so cozy and cute. Little misleading showing pool of next door condo by the beach. That is not pool of this rental. Laundry room door off hinges. Bottom line very nice place and so convenient to beach, restaurants and Publix. Very attentive owners. Would recommend.

Wendy and Vance first discovered Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach through their friends who are long-term vacationers and owners of property in the Daytona Beach area. This married couple hails from the landlocked Southwest and once introduced to the sleepy little villages of Wilbur-by-the-Sea, Ponce Inlet, and Daytona Beach Shores - just south of the world famous Daytona Beach, they were hooked! When the world-changing pandemic began to lift some restraints, both decided to take the leap and be part of the small communities on Florida's Eastern shores that they loved so much. Out of troubled times comes much sunshine and opportunity - so please, stay awhile and Enjoy the Beach!

This property is tranquil and ever-changing. It provides a peaceful, slower-paced relaxation that allows you to take in the beauty of pelicans flying in formation to buzz by your balcony in late afternoon, to gaze at all the different sizes of seashells that wash up in the early morning with the tide, and to squiggle your toes in the sand while watching a tiny crab poke out of its hole a mere few feet away. The ocean views are surreal and the no-fuss simplicity of discovering local watering holes, enjoying other folks as they relax along with you, and gazing in wonder when you see your first dolphin break through the water and complete a perfect arc into the wave -- it's a nice return to normalcy from our rather hectic lifestyle.

Our Southpoint condo building is the only building on the beach that is built in front of all others causing an unimpeded view all the way up to Daytona Beach and all the way down to Ponce jetties.

Our unit is a North corner unit and affords a full side and full oceanfront view that is unmatched - additionally due to our forward position the condo building beside Southpoint is positioned behind Southpoint, there is no ability for residents to view in Southpoint windows for additional privacy. Our balconies are inverted and create complete privacy from other neighboring balconies.

We also have an unimpeded view of the intercoastal waterway from our front door which is a great treat to view Forida's beautiful sunsets.

Also, because our pool is placed in front of our condo, we have complete privacy, with full sun all day, and the condo building providing a complete barrier to strong coastal winds.
