This perfect house includes cable & high speed wireless internet, flat screen smart HDTV, spacious new outdoor shower & new deck with outdoor dining for 6, Weber propane grill, Central air with two zones for total comfort, fully stocked chefs kitchen with eat-in island, dishwasher, dining room table which seats up to 8, washer & dryer, and parking for up to 6 vehicles. Spend the day at any of the several local beaches, walk to the harbors, stroll in charming Harwichport center, ride the bike trail, or walk to one of the many nature trails nearby. Enjoyed a week in this lovely house - nicely renovated. Easy 1 mile walk to Harwich town and about a 10 minutes drive to Red River Beach - the nicer beach. Definitely would stay in Harwich again- great location and very nice small town !

Awesome house!

The house is great! It was very clean and well-maintained and had all the things that we needed. The outside yard with the fire pit and the deck with the table and chairs were great for outside dining and hanging out.

Perfect Harwich location!

This is our second year staying at this property and we’d go back again in a heartbeat. The home is spacious and well-equipped and the location is ideal. Brandon makes the whole process easy. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect house for an enjoyable vacation

Newly renovated house with taste and character. The house is very well equipped. It’s is close to several beaches and next to the Cape Cod rail trail. Even with some rainy days we had a great time.

Family Vacation

We were pleased with everything about the house. Beautifully updated and air-conditioned with plenty of yard space and fire pit. The location was excellent as it was close to the Bank Street, Beach as well as to the downtown. My son and his wife flew in from California and were not disappointed. The owner had the house well supplied and we are hoping to go back next year.

Exactly what you’d want

Truly such a gem and so thoughtfully equipped. This property strikes a perfect balance of exuding Cape/beach charm while still being clean, sleek and modern. We really enjoy being able to walk to Harwich center, Harwichport, and the rail trail. As someone who knows the Cape very well, I can attest to the fact that this home and location can offer you access to the best of the area in all directions.

Excellent house

The house was was beautifully renovated and had great spaces. The kitchen had everything you needed. The yard and deck were awesome. Air-conditioning worked great. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Harwich was awesome

This is the cleanest and best equipped house we’ve stayed in by far. Great yard and location to town and beaches. House is laid out great with large comfortable rooms, plenty of cookware and amenities. Can’t wait to go back!

Best Cape House Ever!

Have been coming to the Cape for vacation since 1988 and this house has been the cleanest, best equipped experience we've ever had! Brandon has done an incredible job preparing this house for us renters.

We can’t recommend Brandon’s property, hospitality and thoughtfulness highly enough!

From the first initial contact right through the moment of departure, Brandon was exceptionally attentive, detail-oriented, warm and friendly. His home is immaculate, cozy, well-furnished and well-situated, and we (3 adult siblings and our spouses) had everything we could need or want at our fingertips. Minutes from a delightful, small and relaxing beach, minutes from a fantastic, warm, swimmable pond (really a lake), and easily accessible to tons of great restaurants and food venues. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil, with a great outdoor deck, shower, and fenced-in yard. Minutes also from the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. It would be hard to ask for more! We’ll be back, and we can’t wait!

Great House

This was such a well equipped house in a great location. Everything was as advertised. My only issue was that we could only control the AC a certain amount- I would be concerned if it was hotter weather as it did get a bit warm in the night. Otherwise the house was perfect and we will hopefully be visiting again.

Beautiful home, Great location

The exterior of the home was just as nice as the interior. Everything about this property was as advertised! The owner has done a great job with furnishings and there is plenty of glassware and dishware. Rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. When there was an issue with the air conditioning, the owner called to check before we were even aware! He fixed it amd we were able to continue enjoying the house. The location is close to beaches and downtown. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Harwich Getaway

Great rental experience. Brandon has taken care of everything with this great Cape rental property. From the completely stocked kitchen, to the library of books and board games, to the beach chairs and umbrella. It's all there for you. Beautiful, clean, and close to all that Harwich Port has to offer. We had a great time exploring the rest of the Cape from this centrally located spot. Enjoyed grilling and chilling on the deck when we needed a break from local seafood meals. Found great hikes nearby. Checked out the ocean and caught some sun at the small but uncrowded Bank Street Beach. What a fun week away. Much appreciated during all this Covid-19 madness.
