Great house, great location, great owner communication.

This house is a very nice house. It is on a quiet street and is close too many good things. The beach is a short car right away. There are two ice cream places and a pizza restaurant nearby, walking distance. We were lucky if the weather was very good for us the entire week. I have to say that the owner is very very, very, very helpful. She supplied so much information that was very useful to us in terms of how to do things and make things work in the house. Directions were also provided to all the beaches in the area. Misinformation is contained in a binder that was left for us in the by the front door. We had an excellent time and would consider coming back again maybe another year.

Loved this property and layout of the house. Fenced yard, outdoor sitting areas Super walkable area. So close to beach! Plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking meals as a family. Beds comfy too!

Graduation Destination Cape Cod

The house was in a great location on the Cape, just minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants, and many adventures. The basement allowed for great movie night experiences with the entire family. The deck was a nice place to enjoy the mornings as it was a very quite area to just relax.

Fishing Getaway

Great property for a friends or family getaway. Plenty of space and conveniently located. Property was very clean. I look forward to staying there again. Don't miss stopping by Bandera's Deli for some of Dolly's famous meatballs.

Amazing House

The house was perfect for my family of four and our dog. It was clean and comfortable, and the central air was a plus. Also, we loved the fact that the kids had their own area downstairs equipped with living area, bedroom and bath. The location was great (mid-cape) and close to Chatham, Hyannis, etc. It was overall a great stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The house is well located, very clean and well stocked for entertainment. Plenty of room for us to spread out but enjoy the time together. Our stay was short to attend a family wedding, but I would highly recommend for a longer length of time for a family.

Friends trip

We found this to be very comfortable and a good location. We visited Provincetown, Nantucket, and everything in between. The house has comfortable beds, plenty of room, nice kitchen. Enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Beach Dog House over the New Year weekend and it was great that our dog could join us. House is clean and uncluttered. A great array of kitchen items and nice new appliances. Beds are super comfortable. Amy was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Nice size and Dog friendly!

Had a Great Thanksgiving getaway. Nice fenced in backyard for our dog. Very spacious, clean upon arrival and plenty of amenities, including something we always forget, Night Lights!!! We recommend giving this home a try, with or without a dog.

Beach Dog House Weekend Getaway

It was a very soggy, long weekend at the Cape but fortunately, we were staying at the Beach Dog House. This pet-friendly home was super clean & fresh-smelling. No wet dog smell here! Comfortable beds & furniture, a TV in every room and a theater room with a giant big screen TV. Lots of seating for groups of all sizes. Outside was the same - lots of group seating which, unfortunately, we didn’t get to use due to weather. Maybe next time. Short drive to the beach. Swan River was great for our traditional lobster dinner, Clancy’s had tons of delicious allergy-friendly options as did Captain Parker’s Pub. Reasonably well stocked kitchen with an abundance of dishes & glassware. Great coffee bar set up. We would definitely consider this rental home again in the future.

Awesome property!

I rented This house for my family and our dog. We could not have been more happy with our choice. The location was perfect, central to many activities. The house had all the comforts of home, including beach equipment and kitchen items. I would Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Everything went great, it could not have gone better. Very dog friendly, close to the beach and a great neighborhood. The amenities were fantastic. I would 100% recommend renting this house!

Beautiful Home/Wonderful Vacation Spot

We were looking for a house to rent in Cape Code that allowed dogs, and we came across this gem! Beautiful house, spacious finished basement, and the house had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. There was even a nice local bottle of wine waiting to greet us! The beds were extremely comfy, the decor beautiful - and I especially loved the combination Keurig pod/coffee maker machine. The back yard was spacious enough for my two smaller dogs (20ish lbs each). We were close enough to walk down to the beach, and there were plenty of great places to eat. It was only about a 45 min/1 hr drive to Provincetown so we got to enjoy that as well. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay (dogs or no dogs), I highly recommend The Beach Dog House!

Perfect place with dogs

Great fully fenced yard for the dog to play in while we enjoyed time on the porch. Great house and location to the beach. Will definitely book there again knowing my dog is safe in the yard.
