"STEP 2 SEA",as the title says, is beautiful residence for 8 people, situated directly on the beach, in Kaštel Štafilić. It is 500 m2 estate, only 20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has two separated antique decorated apartments: 1. on the groundfloor and 2. on the first floor, 30m2 pool, outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the "private" beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. There is no mixing guest who do not know each other.
If you are a traveler looking for a place where you can unwind, take a step back from the daily routine, you are in the right place. Just take a step into the "Step 2 Sea" residence!
House is designed to facilitate family interaction while always offering a quiet spot for those looking for some secrecy. This residence offers an authentic, well-designed cosmos where you can relax, be yourself, and top up your batteries.

I am Ana, the manager of the "Step 2 Sea" residence, beautiful villa on the beach. I am teacher in elementary school and a professor of Croatian language. I speak with my guests via Vrbo page, before and after confirming their reservation. My guests can always contact me on my mobile phone.
The owners of the villa, Sveto & Jelena Papić, welcome their guests. They are very kind and warm people who will be happy to welcome you into their house.
We are here for our guests 24 hours a day for anything they might need, before and during their stay.
