This charming bungalow is right in the middle of the OKC renaissance - from the hip Plaza district, established Midtown, renowned Downtown/Bricktown, Uptown 23rd, artsy Paseo district, and more! Two bedrooms with queen beds and full bath for each, as well as an additional full size pull-out bed in the living room sofa makes this a great place to crash after a concert or for families to stay while visiting OKC.

Convenient to Fairgrounds

Stayed for two weeks for a horse show. Beds were nice, kitchen was functional. Check out the plaza district while in town.

Comfy couch

The bones of this house are good. It has been nicely updated (decor is definitely eclectic) and the couch was super comfy. As was mentioned in previous reviews, one bed was unusable, so I slept on the couch.

Cute and Clean

This is a great house! Very clean, host was really good at communicating, a great location close to really good food, and coffee is less than a block away! Would absolutely stay here again.

Okc. Eclectic Cottage

Only complaint - washer and dryer were inoperable and had been for a long time . You could tell by the sign on it .The host did not make us aware of this which made it inconvenient

Super cute cottage in the city

Weekend staycation, super cute, very clean cottage. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Within a few minutes drive of super cute restaurants, and bars. Really enjoyed our stay

Problems

One bed impossible to sleep in. Washer broken Dressers in both bedrooms - drawers don’t work, not able to use Front porch had cigarette butts and leaves all over it. Front porch light was full of bugs and filthy. Over the rail and onto the lawn-more cigarette butts. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Provided good towels. Everything was nice and clean in the house. Smelled clean. Manager of property was very responsive and friendly.

College Drop Off Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs, although we spent most of the trip in Norman, where we moved our daughter into her freshman dorm. Great location and we were even able to enjoy downtown OKC one evening.

Charming house in prime location

The bungalow was charming and clean. The sofa was super comfy and the location is perfect for access to several districts as well as downtown, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to a lot of great food and fun activities. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. It easily could have been a 5-star experience with attention to a few minor, basic details. Some of them were: No dish soap, no ice/ice dispenser not working, Checkout time is advertised as 10:00 a.m. but changed to 9:00 a.m. in guestbook. There is a note to leave suggestions in a jar, but no jar, no paper, no pen.

Beautiful home! Clean and well taken care of!

My husband and myself stayed here with our three children for a few days. It was perfect for our family. We loved the big comfy sectional, the decor and the two big bathrooms. We’d definitely stay again!

Very nice place

We were in Okc for 4 days and needed somewhere to stay that was bigger than a hotel because we had 6 of us total. This house was perfect for us. We were close to the fairgrounds and everyone was able to all be together in the evenings. We really enjoyed the house and our stay!

Valerie was previously an art teacher and her eclectic style and collection of works throughout the home helps it stand out from other "cookie cutter" rentals. Valerie lived in this home for years prior to VRBO and enjoys sharing her space with others to experience the urban revitalization of OKC!

Valerie, the owner of the home, employs a property management company to help her provide excellent service and response times to her guests.

This neighborhood is unique in that it's situated between two affluent communities - Plaza District & Midtown. Its location is convenient for most purposes and only a brief drive, bike, or ride-share away from all the amenities OKC has to offer!

Because Valerie used to occupy this home, most of the furniture is her own that she used when she lived there. From antique dressers and one-of-a-kind art pieces, this home has so much personality! Unlike many in the area, however, its newer construction means no damp or musty basement and a more modern floor plan.
