A beautiful, comfortable apartment in a cool old building in the coolest part of the city. What more could you want? GREAT restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, near downtown culture/entertainment/sports venues. Little touches like terry cloth bathrobes make the stay extra luxurious. The first place I try to book when headed to OKC.

This place was great for us this weekend. Two couples stayed here and it was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Location was a quick/cheap uber ride downtown, cheaper than parking for sure. We could have walked to a few places but it was cold this weekend.

4th of July Family Weekend

Fun time with family in OKC. Wonderful weather and everything we did was within walking distance. From wonderful dining to Farmers Market, OKCMOA and fireworks! Will definitely use this property again. Convenient, safe, clean, beautiful, comfortable and quiet.

It was very clean and welcoming. Easy process, block away from various shops and close enough to the convention center to ride the e-scooters. Smooth process would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

The accommodations were perfect for our two-night stay in Oklahoma City. The apartment was conveniently located in midtown and was well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Parking is available in a gated lot and access in and out of the building was easy to navigate. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Great value and just the right amount of space

I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise once you are there, it makes sense and it is easy to get in and out of the building after you see everything. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It's also easy to walk to a lot of different things from here. I would recommend verifying your check in date with the host. Other than that, I would stay here again as it was a great value for our needs and the best part was having 2 full bathrooms.

Nice trip to OKC

Found this apartment while searching for a place to stay that was close to an event we were going to attend in the area. This apartment was great for what we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. Quiet building inside. The only slight draw back we experienced would be sirens multiple times each of the two nights of our stay. I don’t know if there might be a fire station nearby? First night sirens went off at least three times and twice the second night. This would not be a deal breaker for me staying here again because everything else was great. Just know if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. However, that also seems to be fairly normal when staying in a downtown area.

Beautiful, exactly as described

This property is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great, several eateries within a few steps. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the condo. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and bath linens were very nice. We would recommend this property highly!

Property is centrally located to downtown, & has immediate access to interstate highways. Comfort for guests is evident in the choice of furniture & beds. Most comfortable VRBO we've stayed in! Host also supplied snacks & water which was a very welcoming touch. A 5 star property for anyone traveling to the OKC area!!

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around has been blighted and without any care or investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
