Private deck accessed from living room. Master bedroom with incredible ocean view - top floor, perfect for star-gazing and privacy. Enjoy the ocean view while you cook in the fully equipped, kitchen with quartz counters, eat-at bar, tile back splash and accent lighting open to dining and living room. Both baths fully updated. Luxury vinyl plank throughout. Amenities include 50” Smart TV in living room, Smart TV in master bedroom, DVD player, high speed wireless internet and ceiling fans. Condo stocked with games and books. Access to main level owner’s closet with beach chairs and toys. Community covered picnic and grilling area and oceanfront pool and sundeck. Oak Island Golf Club across street, plus walking distance to Beach Club. Available for off-season monthly rentals.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
