Hi Allan, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're sorry to hear that aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. We take comments regarding maintenance seriously and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. If you're willing, we would appreciate any additional details about the areas you felt were in need of maintenance. This would help us better understand your concerns and determine whether they relate to our condo unit specifically or to the broader condominium property and common areas. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your time and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. Best regards, Nick
