Les Hauts de Chirol - Les Tonils - 19 pers

A 2km path from the village of Les Tonils takes you to this old mountain farm, located in the middle of the Couspeau mountain, at an altitude of 780m. The place invites you to rest and relaxation, swimming lane, rejuvenation, nature, hiking but also conducive to sports stays, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, horse riding.

Completely renovated with noble materials, the house is composed of three independent dwellings, the main house offers 13 beds, the other two offer 2 and 4 additional beds for a total of 19 beds. Ideal for family reunions and the sharing of convivial moments, the house is also perfect for meetings with friends or themed stays (birthdays, seminars, detox stays, sports or others...). We provide professionals with a fully equipped room (meeting, video projector, tables).

Layout of the house:

First floor: a double bedroom with bathroom, a PRM bathroom in addition, living rooms and kitchen opening onto the outdoor terrace.

1st floor: reading area and dining area / sofa, 1 double bedroom with its bathroom, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and their bathroom, one bedroom with a bed 110

2nd floor: 1 double bedroom (140) and its bathroom, a dormitory with six single beds (including two bunk beds + 2 single beds) and its bathroom.

Ruin: separate entrance from the main house with a large living room on the first floor + kitchen and bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine.

Very comfortable, the house is equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace and several stoves allowing you to enjoy the place in all seasons, the bedding is new and everything is designed for your comfort (massage room). The volumes are functional and the living spaces pleasant. A breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the inside thanks to the large bay windows of the house or the large outdoor terrace on which meals or yoga sessions can be held.



We cannot guarantee that the pool will open before May 15.



** Household linen at an additional cost: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats. If you want the beds to be ready on arrival, there is an extra charge of €50

** You will be asked to pay an extra charge of €35 if you wish to bring your pet.

** Coffee maker available in the house: Nespresso machine (standard capsules) and filter coffee maker.

** If the maximum number of guests is reached (19 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.

** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.

** Be careful, take the 'chemin de Chirol' through the village of Tonils. Any other alternative route proposed by the GPS could lead you to unsuitable paths.

** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.
