Your ideal Gulf Shores escape awaits at Coconut Lagoon at Cottages of Lagoon Pass, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage located just across the street from the beach. With access to a private fishing pier, outdoor pool, and deeded beach access, this cozy retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Filled with natural light and decorated in inviting coastal style, this two-story cottage is perfect for small families or groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meal prep, while the comfortable living room provides a relaxing space to unwind. A convenient half bath is located on the main level.

Upstairs, both bedrooms offer private bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy after a day of sun and adventure. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide extra comfort and convenience.

As a guest in the Cottages at Lagoon Pass, you'll enjoy excellent amenities—including an outdoor pool, grilling stations, picnic tables, and a large private fishing pier with gazebo on Little Lagoon. Deeded beach access is located just across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Gulf Shores.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed + private bathroom access

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Excellent location with access to both the beach and the lagoon. Cottage was very clean and very well appointed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The microwave did not work and we were given a little college dorm microwave. The ice maker and the water dispenser did not work on the fridge! The floors were dirty and our feet were black within an hour of check in. Sand was everywhere. The kids tub wouldn’t drain and the parents shower door was damaged. We were not happy with our rental! We were in constant contact with the property managers.

Amazing!!!

This was the most perfect cottage for my family, as we could all have some of our own space. Location was fantastic and we loved the lagoon with swings in addition to the beach. We can’t wait to return!!!

The cottage was cute

The cottage was cute but the furniture in the living room was worn. This is the only negative I can think of. I loved having the option of the Bay Area or the beach!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice get away

The property was very clean and nice. We had a very easy time booking and staying. The property was in a nice area. We were able to walk to the park. The property is in close enough to restaurants and fun activities yet far enough for privacy. I would recommend this property.

Good & Bad

We’ve stayed in several VRBO's and other vacation rentals and unfortunately this was the dirtiest we’ve experienced. Upon arrival we found sandy floors, dirty dishes with food on them in cabinets, stained furniture, stained bed spread. Bed linens continually came off beds and not the best quality. There was a pair of underwear left next to the washer & dryer. We tried contacting owner by text -- finally received a response via email & they offered the next day to have it cleaned, however we had already cleaned what we could so we could enjoy vacation. Previous stays the owners have left information about location, check out, local recommendations, activities, etc. This would have been nice to have -- we weren't sure where we could access the beach until we visited with a neighbor the 2nd day. There were kayaks & paddle boards on site but we weren't sure if this was available to renters, if fishing and swimming were allowed off the pier? This info would be nice to have. On a good note the location of condo was great. After learning where the beach access was located you can literally walk right across the road to the beach. It's in a quieter area but a short distance from all the action in Gulf Shores. Beaches are beautiful, pier was very nice & though pool was like a bath tub it was still a nice amenity to have on site. Condo definitely has potential - nice location, nicely designed just needs to be cleaned & better stocked kitchen with location info provided.

Peaceful

The property was absolutely perfect. Clean as can be and such a peaceful neighborhood. The dock was amazing, and so was the pool. Would highly recommend!

Great location across from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the property had everything we needed. Loved the beech feel of the place and it had a dining table that could seat 6. The pool was really nice although it was too cool to use during our stay.

Great place!

The location is amazing! The unit was clean and comfortable, which is very important to me. Recommendations for the unit to have would be salt & pepper, chairs for the beach, and better bath linens. With that being said, I was completely satisfied those items would’ve just made it better! We had the best time, Thank you!

Average Property

Check in was very easy- received email with our door code. Property was located in good location close to everything that Gulf Shores has to offer. Private fishing pier for guests staying in one of the houses in the complex. Could only access part of the pier as it was damaged from the hurricane. The house was in ok shape- dirty walls, numerous problems discovered after check in. The owner was quick to address most of the problems, but we continued to find more issues right up until our departure to include a non-working dish washer. Overall, not our best stay in gulf shores as we feel the property wasn't represented appropriately.
