Sunsets and Relaxation await - Spot of Sun Bay Cottage

Restored tiny bay cottage with lots of character, amazing views, sunsets, and all of the comforts of home. Located on a quiet, wooded lot on a private road. 1 private bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the private covered porch with some of the best bay views around. Bring your cast net or fishing rods to use on the private pier. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless appliances - equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. Public beach/Gulf access about a mile away. Several popular restaurants minutes away as well as Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Still in driving distance to all of the main Gulf Shores attractions - 15-20 minutes away.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with table, private pier.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

* NO Smoking.
* NO Pets/animals - owner allergies.
* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
* A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.

It’s the cutest little place. Plenty of dishes if needed & so clean. We enjoyed the pier and even fished a little. Caught trout, catfish, panfish and even a crab lol. It’s close to stores for convenience and just overall the perfect place for a little family to get away.

We love Ft Morgan and come down a couple of times a year. This was a great place to stay. It was clean and cozy! We had everything we needed. We loved the back porch and enjoyed fishing and the sunsets from the pier. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a relaxing comfortable vacation.

This was the perfect little getaway for 2 people. The kitchen was modern and stocked with everything we needed to make meals. It was great having a washer and dryer too. You can’t beat the location. Privacy and beautiful views!

Wonderfull! Great place! Comfortable bed. Being able to fish from the pier was a lot of fun. Relaxing on the back porch was really nice. The dolphins came by. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place

Very nice and perfect for a couple or small family. Everything was as described. The pier offered great fishing and crabbing which was an added plus.
