This new apartment for 6 people features 2 bedrooms,both with a double bed and also one step room with a bunk bed. In the living room there's also a sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts and has a pleasant living room with flat screen television and a spacious balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, combi microwave oven, 4 hotplates, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, dining service, ...). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

We really loved the place. It was spacious, clean and well situated. There are rapid grocery shops and bakery within walking distance as well as the beach. There is also a mini golf nearby which was fun. I totally recommend because apart from the comfort of the place in terms of amenities and location, it is perfect for a relaxing moment with family, the staff is welcoming and friendly and the pool is heated.

petit séjour très agréable, appartement impeccable, belle piscine dommage qu'une fausse alerte incendie ce soit déclarée à 2 heures du matin ( mais ce n'était pas la faute de la résidence qui a très vite bien géré la situation)

Great property but would not book via VRBO again

Zero communication via VRBO, no confirmation email, no contact at all from accomodation. We spent weeks and the journey worrying we had been scammed. Should have had an access code for gate which is said to be provided on your confirmation email, but we didn’t have any such email. Asked a question on booking on 19/06 responded to when chased in the week before our booking (27/08/22). Accomodation was fine, we would stay again, quiet area, local shop has very little for catering but couple of local larger supermarkets, but area is a great base for exploring. Pool and play area were loved by our children. We had a sleep 6 room which was clean and a decent size, showing signs of wear with minor maintenance issues but didn’t affect holiday. We would just book in future direct with Evancy in the hope of better service and communication.
