Each of the large 8 bedrooms feature brand new luxury memory foam mattresses ranging from twin to queen. Each bedroom has its own private attached full bathroom with a large double vanity. Each bedroom also has a private large closet. The bedroom doors lock for your privacy. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living rooms to include 4 sofa sleepers, as well as 2 self-inflating queen size air mattress. All bed linens, towels, pillows, etc., are provided and on the beds upon arrival.

The 8 full, EXTREMELY spacious bathrooms have HUGE double vanities and great lighting so they are perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town!

The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with a super spacious open floor plan, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features both barstool seating as well as a kitchen table. The open floor plan makes sure no cooks miss out on the fun and can still see the game on TV!

We have 50” mounted TV’s with HD cable in the living room/kitchen areas, as well as in ALL of the bedrooms!

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

Your group will absolutely love the huge kitchens with all brand new stainless steel appliances. The endless counter space and multitude of cabinets and drawers ensure plenty of space to have a catered event, store all of your groceries, and are perfect for food and drink of any occasion!

Towels, bed linens, iron & board, hair dryers, brand new washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, HD cable, paper products, and many more amenities are all provided.

Our home comes with 4 spots in the garage for parking along with 4 spots in the driveway. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are very cheap options to get to wherever you'd like to go.

Please let us know if you are traveling with children or babies as we will gladly bring by a Pack n Play, etc., upon request! We understand these things are bulky and the less you have to pack and travel with the better!
