Enjoy the perfect group getaway with quick access to all the action! This 8BR/8BA (plus four half baths) retreat is composed of four side-by-side townhouses. Newly constructed and nearly identical to one another, these four separate vacation homes make a fantastic hub for city adventures.

Spend fun-filled days browsing the exhibits at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Head to the Ryman Auditorium for a one-of-a-kind concert experience. Or, visit Honky Tonk Row for a buzzing nightlife scene. Nearby Centennial Park offers a lush oasis in the heart of the city.

Each townhouse offers an all-suite layout, a full kitchen, an inviting living area with a TV, and a private washer/dryer. Ample off-street parking adds ease to your centrally located stay.

After a day of exploring, kick back in the inviting living areas -- all four townhouses offer a living room with a TV and sofa beds.

KITCHEN & DINING

Four well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare tasty meals for your entire group. Each townhome offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This vacation rental is composed of four nearly identical townhouses, each with two suites.

Two townhouses have a queen sofa bed in the living area, while the other two have two twin sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom arrangements are as follows:

Two suites each have a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Two more suites are furnished with a queen daybed and a twin trundle. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with tub/shower combinations.

Four additional suites are furnished with queen beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Four half baths provide added convenience.

All four townhouses have a two-story layout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private washer/dryer.

Unassigned parking is available for 10 cars in the adjacent lot.

LOCATION

With a fantastic locale near The Gulch, Music Row, downtown, and Midtown, it’s easy to explore popular hot spots, eateries, and attractions -- all within an 8-minute drive or rideshare.

Take a walk in nearby Centennial Park. Additional attractions include Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, and Honky Tonk Row.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
