Welcome in this Art Nouveau and Art Deco villa facing the sea for a gorgious holiday!
The 200 m2 villa allows a family stay or a friends holiday. You will enjoy great privacy and charming stay in this property enclosed by walls on a plot of 2000m2, a swimming pool and a garden with gorgious views of the Mediterranean Sea and the harbour of Port Vendres, plancha evenings, and will live between shade and sun with the many terraces. In the evening, you can end your evenings around the billiards or board games at your disposal.
The salt pool (no heating) has an alarm.

Description of the villa:

The villa has two very comfortable floors.

The first floor has a large living room with kitchenette, 2 large air-conditioned double bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 1 shower with WC and another separate WC.
The villa also has a tower with 1900s charm with a single bedroom that awaits a child or a single person.
On the ground floor and pool level, the villa has a large gallery with dining room, billiards, and TV lounge, as well as a large semi-open kitchen on the gallery. Two double bedrooms overlook the gallery, a third blind spare bedroom is available. Bathroom and separate WC.

This house has kept its family home spirit with its antique furniture and some old materials.

The breathtaking view above the cove of the Mauresque will seduce young and old. Private stairs will take you down to the harbour and you will discover the arrivals of fish twice a day in this charming fishing and pleasure port. A large private parking lot within the garden of the villa can accommodate 3 cars comfortably
You are 35 minutes on foot from Collioure following the coast. Unforgetable walks and discoveries await you in this wonderful Catalonia.
Nearby, Spain will welcome you for a trip on the Costa Brava, not to mention the many tours to the Madeloc tower, the bay of Paulilles, the Fort Saint-Elme and the road to the Banyuls border to Spain above the villa.
Gourmets will enjoy cheeses, fish from the trawler, charcuterie, wonderful white and red wines….and regional dishes.

Zeer onaangenaam.

Aankomst zeer onaangenaam. Huis snikheet, niet klaargemaakt voor ontvangst hoewel eigenares en conciërge ons meermaals hadden gebeld en dus perfect wist wanneer we zouden aankomen. Sleutels werden snel overhandigd en we zouden alles wat we moesten weten terugvinden in het groene instructieboekje. Daarna was conciërge direct. Indien nodig konden we hem en eigenares direct bereiken. We stelden vast dat zwembadrand en terras volgelakt was door meeuwen, nzonneparasol kapot en meerdere terrasstoelen kapot. Telefonisch en per mail waren eigenares en conciërge niet bereikbaar.

Emplacement idéal. Arrêt de bus à 5 minutes. Nous avons pu faire tous nos déplacements vers les villages de la côte Vermeille en bus à un euro le parcours. Maison avec belle vue, un très grand et beau salon, toutes les commodités que l'on peut espérer. Nous étions 4 et n'avons utilisé que le niveau supérieur de la maison. En bref, une location qui nous a totalement satisfaite avec un très bon accueil

Superbe emplacement

Chouette logement bien situé et aménagé, une bonne gestion des volets et autres permet de garder un peu de fraîcheur dans le logement 2 des chambres sont équipées de climatisation, la chambre située dans la « tour » elle surchauffe quand même assez bien. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour.

Wunderbare Zeit

Das Haus steht oberhalb der Stadt und damit hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Mit vier Zimmern und einem riesigem Wohnraum hat man genügend Platz. Perfekt sind auch die zwei vollständig ausgestatteten Küchen auf beiden Etagen, in denen es wirklich an nichts mangelt. Auf der unteren Terasse am Pool kann man wunderbar essen, oder auf den verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegestühlen einfach faulenzen. Über eine Privattreppe gelangt man sehr schnell nach unten in die Stadt, und muß nicht die Straße mit einingen Kurven laufen. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich um alle Anliegen, ist per SMS sehr gut zu erreichen, und sie fragt auch zwischendurch, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Toller Service! Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus nur empfehlen, da wir hier einen schönen Urlaub verbracht haben. Vielen Dank an Gweanëlle und Ihren Mann.

Extrêmement déçus

Extrêmement déçus par cette location. La description de la maison et les photos ne sont pas conformes. Le rez de chaussée très humide et sombre a conservé une odeur de moisi très désagréable toute la semaine. Aucune des 3 chambres ni la cuisine ne possède de fenêtre sur l'extérieur ni de VMC. Dans la cuisine du bas: deux frigidaires dont un hors service, un plan de travail incrusté de moisissures impossible à récurer. Dans toutes les pièces du rez de chaussée le salpêtre des murs s'effrite, le lit d'enfant est infesté de termites. Le parasol est en lambeau. La propriétaire est joignable certes mais elle n'a proposé aucune solution lorsque nous lui avons signalé en début de séjour la chasse d'eau inutilisable, un évier bouché et la serrure cassée du portillon. Collioure n'est pas à 25 minutes à pied de la maison par le sentier du littoral mais à 45 minutes auxquelles il faut ajouter une bonne vingtaine de minutes pour traverser la ville de Port Vendres afin d' y accéder. Pour conclure, une description trompeuse et un prix abusif. Nous déconseillons vivement.
