The house has plenty of spaces to work or study, along with wifi, which makes it the perfect place to get your work or school done in a tranquil setting. Both the front and back yard have space for relaxing outside, as there is little traffic in this neighborhood.

The open floor plan includes a main living room with cable TV, centrally located kitchen with appliances and espresso machine for morning lattes, and laundry room with washer & dryer. The dining room has double doors that open up to the back patio, perfect for al fresco dining during the cool Colorado evenings.
