This was a nice and clean place to stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. It was comfortable and the host was very accommodating! A great location for a visit to Red Rocks.

Host had a lot of amenities that were a nice surprise! Perfect location for us - 15 minutes from Red Rocks and lots of places to walk for breakfast and dinner. Comfy, well kept home.Couple little improvements - change out upstairs shower curtain, screen door is squeaky. Neighbors were a little noisy (children) but we weren’t around much during the day so wasn’t a big deal for us, but could be if you wanted to enjoy the adorable patio with no noise.

House was very clean and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to interstate and grocery store/restaurants close by. Nice kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, however one bathroom was located downstairs away from bedrooms. The shower in that bathroom could have only been used by someone of small stature.

The house was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were in the area for a concert at Red Rocks and the house was just a 15 minute drive to the venue. We really enjoyed our stay.

While the property was easy to find and the host was easy to communicate with, the cleanliness of the home was sub-par. The couch had stains all over it. One of the pillows on the couch was stained, and the carpet in the dining room had stains all over it, which made it hard to settle in and feel comfortable.

Great location. Just a short drive to Golden and Red Rocks, which was the reason for the trip, (saw The Revivalists) and other interesting communities.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation and it was great. Plenty of room for 4 people and several restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen we’ve seen at a vrbo! Thanks for a great stay!
