The floor plan has a nice flow maintaining privacy between the bedroom & living room area.

-The kitchen has a new built-in wall stove & microwave along with a new cooktop and refrigerator. In a city where parking is one of the number one assets, you will enjoy 1 compact /medium (please no long vehicles please) parking space inside the property lot.

This is priced more as a “room rate because the block is NOT gentrified & there is no on sight laundry. Laundry mats on every other corner & Guest have felt very happy to be so centrally located. I have not had one safety issue in 16 years

Camera & security protected property with outdoor /1 indoor cameras. One guest checks in The camera inside has a cloth cover for complete privacy & has no sound capabilities.

Building:
The building was built in 1907 & has many charming characteristics. With a mixture of modern yet classic charm. Floor to ceiling renovation 12 months ago.


Size:
Perfect for 1-can fit 2 as a couple or adult child-parent situation.
I’ve visited many short term rentals and I can honestly say for the price and central location to all of LA hot spots, it’s a fantastic deal !.
Essentials:
I provide basic essentials however please remember this
is NOT a Hotel or Hotel prices :-)
$100 cleaning fee to account for extra cleaning & laundry costs when the guest leaves.
All the appliances and ductless air conditioning unit are energy efficient, however,
any stay over 30 days that has excessive deep cleaning or above-average Utility cost will be responsible for the extra cost. I will provide proof if this is the case.
* I leave Toilet paper to get you started only. There are many stores within a few blocks to pick up more items for the rest of your stay.

Anything needed above and beyond will be the guest's responsibility.

TV:
Netflix, Hulu, regular channels to enjoy with a good antenna (No Cable) This has been good for my multilingual speaking guest, it provides a few extra foreign channels. Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and many more.
Check-in and out is flexible depending on other guest arrival or departure.
