Nestled in El Monte—just minutes from City Hall, the police station, and local parks—this Los Angeles vacation rental is designed for both safety and comfort. The home sits just 5 minutes from the El Monte Metrolink Station, giving you easy, direct access to Downtown LA, Union Station, and even LAX via FlyAway®. With quick access to the I-10, I-605, and I-210 freeways, you're ideally located for day trips to Disneyland, Universal Studios, and the vibrant Downtown LA scene.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to Unit A, which includes the full main house and the private backyard. The layout offers privacy and space to relax, entertain, or work remotely.

Although there are two attached units on the lot, they are completely separate. The adjacent guest unit has its own private entrance and does not share any indoor space. The private backyard is yours to enjoy during your stay—whether you're sipping coffee outside or enjoying a quiet moment under the stars.

This setup allows for both connection and privacy, perfect for traveling families or professionals looking for a more peaceful stay than a hotel.

Other things to note
While Unit A is part of a multi-unit lot, you’ll enjoy full privacy in the main house. The only shared feature on-site is the outdoor coin laundry (for use by another guest unit, if needed).

We offer self-check-in for your convenience and are always available via message for any needs during your stay. Whether you need a last-minute restaurant rec or help navigating transit, we’re here to help!

Our neighborhood is quiet, well-lit, and safe. Many guests appreciate the ease of access to local businesses, public transit, and nearby attractions without the crowds and traffic of central LA.

Being only 5 minutes from the Metrolink Station means guests can easily connect to Union Station, LAX, and all across greater Los Angeles without needing a car. Plus, major freeways like I-10, I-605, and I-210 are nearby, so whether you're heading to Disneyland, Universal Studios, or downtown LA, everything is within easy reach.

I also love how central it is for exploring both Los Angeles and Orange County. And most of all, I chose this area because it’s part of the San Gabriel Valley—one of the best places in the U.S. for diverse, authentic, and affordable food.
