Check in is 4:00 PM... Early check in when available for $295 fee! Head to the beach or pool!

Checkout is 9:00 AM...Late checkout to 11:00 AM when available $295 fee!

Pool and hot tub heat is $150/day or $895/wk
Pool is heated to 85 degrees & Hot tub to 100 degrees*
*The valves turn from the pool and heat the hot tub 4 PM to 10 PM

Elevator usage fee of $395/stay! Highly recommended for senior guests, quickly get groceries and drinks to kitchen on level 2, or to transport luggage to the third level!

Beach chair Rentals....$10/day/chair or $50/week/chair. Tommy Bahama light weight chairs with drink holders and small lined cooling area for ice! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR STAY. NO NEED TO BRING BEACH CHAIRS FROM HOME OR PURCHASE!

Pet friendly $500/pet... house trained small dogs
All guests must sign our Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Access to the home will not be granted until the Rental Agreement is executed. Must be a minimum age of 25 years old to rent property. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The presence of any additional guests without prior authorization will result in an additional fee of $250 per guest, which will be charged to the booking party. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol or use illegal drugs anywhere on the property.

We stayed at this beautiful home for an extended family vacation. The location and amenities were perfect for our group. We had a member with mobility challenges, so the elevator and paved access to the ramp to the beach ensured everyone could participate in beach time. The kitchen is well appointed with complete cooking and baking sets, toaster, blender, and more making meal prep easy. The bed linens and towels are high quality, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms (wall mounted fan in the bunk room). Everyone's favorite aspect are the amazing ocean views from the balconies and windows on every floor.

The house was a perfect location for our family! We could walk to the beach and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right on the beach or the balcony of the house! Plenty of cookware and dishes! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful property! You will have a fantastic view and lots of space to relax. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand how to operate the many extra features of this house. We had 7 adults, 1 teenager, and 6 children ages four and under. We had a fabulous vacation! This home is nothing short of perfect for your family vacation. David was the best host. He met us at the house right at check in and gave us a detailed tour-showing us how to use the sound system, the lighting and answered any questions we had. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large group. Comfortable beds, nice linens, very clean, easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. David was always quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to our stay and while we were there. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home, perfect location, plenty of rooms for everyone. Owner is super nice. In all the homes I have stayed, I have never had the owner, visit with us like David did. Just made us even feel more comfortable staying there.

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful! We had 14 total adults staying the week and we were all perfectly accommodated. The home is well stocked with cooking utensils if you decide to cook in. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the street to the beach. The owner, David, was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing place!

Me and my family stayed 6 nights at the fleur-de-lis and it was everything described and so much more! Its an awesome place from location to the pool and all the amenities. David the owner is very responsive to any and all questions. He went above and beyond! If you are on the fence about booking this property don’t hesitate, book it.

We had the most amazing stay!

The host was responsive and very friendly. When we arrived, he gave us a tour and the ins and out of the property. The location could not have been any better right in front of the beach and walking distance to a cool lunch place w an outdoor bar! The house was gorgeous w ample space for all 20 of us. The pool was perfect. Highly recommend!

Family vacation in perfect home

The Fleur de lis house was amazing! We had 5 families & the split floor plans on multiple levels gave everyone privacy with the main living area being spacious enough for all of us! Spectacular views! EASY quick beach access!! Excellent comfortable accommodations. Direct access to the owners and immediate response to our questions. Best vacation ever!!

I cannot say enough about this house and the hosts! The house is incredible and easily accommodated our crew of 16. This was our 1st trip with 2 families and we cannot wait to do it again! The hosts were lovely and so helpful with anything we needed. Do not look at any other houses, this house is perfect in every way. The location could not be any better, the house made us feel like celebrities. The space allowed for everyone to come together, but also had a places to go if they needed alone time. We will be back!!

⚜️We have been coming to Emerald Coast/Destin with our 7 children since 1989. As you can tell we are very pro family! We purchased Fleur-de-lis for this reason! We needed space primarily bedroom and bathrooms for everyone to be happy including the spouses of our children and future grandchildren. We had a very difficult time finding a home near the beach with lots of bedrooms with views of the beach! We rented condos, homes and hotel rooms over the years from Navarre Beach to Santa Rosa Beach. We are very particular and family type owners knowing what Renters are looking for! After searching real estate properties for over 13 years, we knew we found the perfect place for our family vacation or long weekend getaways to invite our friends to the beach!
