A 50 m de la mer, sur la plage d`Orient Bay.

Magnifique et spacieux appartement 3 chambres de 110m2 au rez-de-chaussée, entièrement rénové en 2021.

Salon de 40m², avec cuisine américaine équipée, ouvrant sur une large et agréable terrasse couverte, face à la mer.

Deck au milieu d`un jardin tropical d`où vous entendrez le bruit des vagues.

Accès à la grande piscine de la petite et luxueuse résidence de Caribbean Princess.

Situé à 2 pas de fameux restaurants de plages comme le Coco Beach.

Princess Blue, est située idéalement sur la plage de la Baie Orientale, entre 2 des plus beaux bars restaurants de plage, équipés de transats et parasols.

Princess Blue est situé dans la résidence Caribbean Princess qui est la plus prisée de la Baie Orientale pour sa proximité de la plage, sa sécurité car en plus de profiter de la sécurité du lotissement d`Orient Bay avec ses 100 caméras et son équipes de gardes, c`est la seule résidence entièrement clôturée.

Caribbean Princess est aussi un résidence joliment arborée avec une très belle végétation tropicale.

Lors de votre séjour à Princess Blue, vous n`aurez pas besoin de voitures, y compris pour aller faire vos courses, boire un verre, diner au restaurant, ou acheter votre pain ou vos croissants à la boulangerie du village.

Et si vous avez besoin de travailler, vous pourrez disposer d`un bureau et d`un Wifi ultra rapide à plus de 100Mps, grâce au réseau fibre optique.

TV avec 10 000 chaines internationales dans le salon

Vous aurez également accès un hamac, ainsi qu`un tuyau d`eau au bord de la terrasse pour laver le sable après le retour de la plage.

Vous pourrez profiter d`une terrasse couverte et d`un deck face à la mer.

Vous aurez accès à la grande piscine sécurisée de la résidence, qui n`est jamais bondée, la mer étant tellement proche...

La plage, les restaurants, les commerces et activités nautiques sont accessibles à pied.

Princess Blue est située dans le parc de la Baie Orientale qui est certainement le site touristique le plus apprécié de Saint-Martin pour :

Vous n`aurez pas besoin d`une voiture sauf si vous prévoyez de visiter les 37 plages de l`île.

Vous trouverez facilement un taxi pour vous conduire à Grand Case, capitale gastronomique de la Caraïbe et réputée pour ses beaux couchers de soleil, ou pour sortir en partie en hollandaise et profiter des casinos et autres lieux de nuit.

Great Condo

Wonderful Stay

This property is in an ideal spot in St.Martin, Orient beach is just steps away and a 10 minute walk will get you to about a dozen restaurants. The property it self is very clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic time would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property with great location

This is an amazing place that has all the most recent upgrades that sets it's self apart from the other properties nearby. We have been goin to Orient Bay for years and this is one of the best places to stay yet

Orient Bay

The house accommodates 6 adults very comfortably. A spectacular beach is just steps away. Easily reachable on foot are shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location - steps from the ocean and great food.

Property was in great shape - very spacious for our family of five. Very quiet and located on northern edge of orient bay. Even though we were there close to Christmas, we never felt like we had the crowds we saw in Philipsburg or Marigot. Property managers were quite attentive and we had no issues. I would highly recommend.

Orient Bay family fun

This property has a wonderful location within walking distance of beautiful beaches and first-class restaurants. Plenty of space for four adults and we enjoyed the back porch for breakfast and games. Community pool area is clean and most times empty. We didn’t use the third bedroom, but it had a king bed. One bedroom had a full private bath, the other had a private sink and shower but toilet was in the hall so not quite as private. Gilles and Alex are super accommodating! This is a nice, updated property and the location cannot be beat.

Amazing Stay in Orient

My family of 4 traveled to St Martin to celebrate our twin's college graduation. In the past we have always stayed in hotels, but this time we had the pleasure of renting this gem of a condo! The location can not be beat! Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe walking around as well. The condo is very comfortable and clean as well. Beach towels, linens and an electric adaptor was provided. The property manager was always available for any concerns or questions that came up. We will be returning to the area in the future and hope this condo will be available again!

Relaxing

This was very relaxing vacation. Plenty of room in condo, European design, large patio that can be treated as another room with bid dining table, coffee table chairs and beach cots (I spent one night on the beach cot there, very comfortable). Kitchen equipped very well. Great location of the condo. Abundance of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Beach is right cross the fence (2 minutes walk tops from the front door). Beach entertainment every step of the way, at the same time beach itself is very clean and open. During our stay we did not come across too many people on the beach. As an additional comfort thing I would have prefer to have a code entrance into the room instead of the key.

A magical beach vacation

We spent a magical week at the Princess Blue property on Orient Bay. The ground floor condominium is located mere steps from the beach which was perfect for early morning walks and enjoyable days at the Kakao beach club (there are other great beach clubs to choose from as well). The home is well stocked with supplies and has Amazon Fire TV where it seems like you can watch almost any channel in the world. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the backyard which is totally private and where you can hear the crashing waves. There is a Casino supermarket which has basic provisions within easy walking distance and a much larger and well-supplied Super U supermarket a short drive away. We ate at the Sao Asian Factory and L'Atelier in downtown Orient Bay both of which we greatly enjoyed. We also ate at the Auberge Gourmande and Le Bistronome in Grand Case which is a short car ride away. Hosts Gilles and his son Alex were very responsive the few times we had any questions and always stood ready to help. We had such a great time that we have decided to return next year!
