It's all about the view! This condo is located first front of Orient Beach and offers an amazing view on the turquoise water of Orient Bay.



It features an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer) open on a very bright living room.



From the big terrace you will admire the amazing sea view andwill appreciate the music of the waves.



On the main floor there is one separated toilet, 1 bedroom with King size bed open on the terrace and en-suite full bathroom.



The 2nd floor has a bedroom with king size bed,shower and sink (no toilet)



Direct access to the beach and to the communal pool, parking spot, fully air-conditioned, TV and Wi-Fi... and this only a few steps away from the restaurants, the bakery, the grocery...

Great location in a very nice place.

The place was easy to find. Key was in the lock box. Unit was clean and as advertised. Very nice. We’ll probably stay here again.

Perfect in Paradise!

This booking was SO perfect - every room in the house had direct ocean front views and the large balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for sunrise coffee, snacks and just chilling while enjoying Paradise! Christine, the property manager, greeted us upon arrival and said Au Revoir at our departure - in between she was most helpful with restaurants, shopping, COVID test options and more. We cannot say enough good!

Timoon on Orient Bay was nice

The condo was nice and overlooks Orient Bay. There is a dirt road and parking lot between the building and the ocean which we were not expecting. The facilities are clean and well kept, and close to a lot of activities including good dining. The beach is nice but it is busy, especially on weekends. The parking lot is also busy on weekends. Orient Bay is popular for kite-surfing and wind-surfing and there are also sea-doos....so lots of activity in the water. If you like kite-surfing or wind-surfing this is an ideal spot for you. If you want a quiet beach...maybe not. Alex and Christine were very good in providing all the necessary details and information about the property.

The Frenchies WIN!

This was our first visit to SXM and we are in LOVE. The village we stayed in was perfectly quant and sweet. Bright colors and beauty strewn through out and the Frenchies touch won me over. There is some nice shopping in walking distance, as well as bars and delish food. It’s a very active area for water sports. Stunning views! During our stay, it was just myDaughter (13) and myself (47-Mama) and we stayed busy, despite the Sargassum that was making its way through at the time. They have the 2 marts in walking distance. The villa we stayed in had a really sweet simplistic vibe and everything you might need during your stay. The beds were super comfortable (I brought my own pillow) and they had had electricstorm shutters on all the windows. It was clean and welcoming. They do offer a discount on rental cars through them which was very helpful. It was a good car and great service (Golfe Cars)! Our stay was the end of June and due to Sargassum, we visited Ansel Marcel Beach Club for the day to enjoy the water and it was pristine! Not inexpensive, but it was a lovely day! We also visited Grand Case, which had lovely shopping and a beautiful beach. The only thing for me was there was not much pressure or hot water in the villa, but I’m just used to super hot and powerful showers. I really did love the place! The beach was soooo beautiful!Overall, I LOVED it and I will definitely be going back!

Great rental

Our family of three stayed at this awesome property in Orient bay beach. We walked every morning to Le petite Casino every morning for fresh fruits and delicious cold cuts. The beach view was perfect. One of the best located apartments in the building complex. Fully equipped apartment, with everything in, even plug adapters. Near by variety of restaurants. Christine was always available to answer questions, THANKS CHRISTINE!!! Great experience!! 💯 % recommended.

Great Location

This is a great location on the beach. It is very accessible via the beach road to stores and restaurants. The beach is very beautiful as is the view from the room's porch/balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Very nice location. Wonderful view. Had a slight problem with the air conditioner and Christine took care of it right away. Would recommend.

Excellent location

This property is as advertised - direct ocean view and steps from the beach. It is on the second floor which makes for a great view. Every morning we took in the view from the deck while having breakfast and then went for a walk on the beach. Also, the unit was very clean and Christine did a great job communicating the details when we needed them.

Perfect Orient Beach Location

This two bedroom apartment was situated on the front row at the beach near Kontiki and Wai, a 5 minute walk to the world famous au natural beach or Orient Village restaurants. The apartment was properly equipped and trouble free. We did request additional beach towels which were quickly supplied by our host, Christine. Of all the Orient Beach apartments we have rented, this unit has the largest and most useful covered 2nd level porch of all. The sunrises were incredible. The three large sliding glass doors ensured we never needed air conditioning due to incredible airflow, even during brief rains. We strongly recommend this unit.

Very nice. We really enjoyed it. Two small suggestions are that the security light outside the front door was out. And secondly the master bedroom could use a curtain in front of the sliding glass door.

Excellent property and hostess!

Highly recommended! Timoon is in a great location with an excellent view of the beach and bay. The property was clean and well equipped. Christine is an outstanding hostess, came to meet us, and was in contact by text with us several times during our stay. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful views from the porch!

We had a fabulous time at this well equipped unit! Very clean, quiet and a very short walk to Orient Beach and the village! The porch is overlooking Orient Beach and very close to Kontiki! The property manager Christine was awesome and easy to get hold of and very accommodating! Will definitely rent this unit again! Thank you Christine for being such a great host!

What a great place!!! The balcony overlooks the beach. The unit was spotless and convenient. Christine was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive when I had a question. The beach clubs are right outside the door and they are quiet at night. Really great views from both bedrooms. Full bathroom in master. 1/2 bath off kitchen (toilet and sink) and a shower and sink in the upstairs bedroom. Pinel island is a 5 minute boat or jetski ride away, you can see it from the balcony! Several incredible restaurants are all in one courtyard that's about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. I completely recommend this spot. Headache free and a perfect vacation. THANK YOU

Comfort and spoiled in one

The location is perfect. We spent one week in Philipsburg and one week here and wish we would have just based out of here the whole time. Every minute of your stay has that vacation feel. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. I appreciate the smooth patio doors that open wide to bring the beachfront feel into the place. Electric storm/privacy blinds were nice. All appliances were excellent and worked perfectly. It was humid when we were there so a dryer would have been helpful. Plenty of space for luggage and shoes etc so you are not tripping over them. We did find the steps to the upstairs bedroom a bit steep but very manageable. May be a bit tougher on an elderly person. The day and night activities are all within strolling distances so Orient bay is at your finger tips. Great location to Center out of as well to venture to other island destinations. Christine is highly organized and helpful too. We would most definitely stay at this place again if we were to come back to Saint Martin.

Very Nice Property

Very happy with this unit. Property Mgr, Great to work with. Always responsive. Location is great. Walk right out on to beach. Always felt safe. Walking into village at night was safe. Unit was actually nicer inside than perceived from the pictures. NO ants sighted. If you have ever visited St Martin, you know they are a problem. Never saw a single ant in the unit... Unit has reserved parking space. Sometimes others would get it but we always had a place near our unit. Provided a couple of recommendations for the owner and for future visitors to be aware of. 1: Water pressure is low in downstairs shower but I have stayed in worse places. This can be easily addressed with an extension where the shower head can allow water to fall down like rainfall. 2: Upstairs needs a toilet / water closet.

A little disappointed

Upstairs, no toilet, poor water pressure in shower, no place to sit and eat INSIDE the apartment. Took a week to get TV to work.
