Pro & Cons

Pros: Beautiful mountain views dark skies and brightstars, quiet, spacious, hiking trails very nearby Cons: Property is a little trashy with junky cars apparently slated for restoring, lots of clutter. Internet only by smartphone. Located far away from central Tucson I enjoyed the stay, as I was there for the Pros, doing a lot of hiking and enjoyed neighborhood equestrian vibe

Accuracy

Our stay was cut short due to the COVID19. We were disappointed with this place that HomeAway found for us due to another situation. The pictures were dated and showed the home in a more favorable light. The electricity was the biggest disappointment because you could not plug in more that one appliance at a time. The heaters supplied were not sufficient to warm a room especially during the cool mornings and evenings. The washing machine (very old) took a very long time for the cycle and is located in a dirty, dusty carport. Picture of a swimming pool is not part of the property.

Hi thanks for staying at the house for 3 weeks All these things have been fixed. The carport is newly renovated and Painted with a brand new washing machine . The yard is newly landscaped . The guesthouse has 6 new space heaters and brand new window heating and cooling window unit . The electricity works great and has just been updated . It was a technical glitch at the outside pole that has since been fixed😊👍 All the pictures are new and current and taken this month December 2021 ! 😊🏞 All the pictures of the property are brand new . The large swimming pool is part of the property and sits in between the main ranch style house and the 2 br guest house . It’s all one property with great scenic views. Peaceful and quiet with modern conveniences. Once again thanks for staying with us for 3 weeks And sorry your trip /vacation Was cut short by the pandemic , And you were ordered back to Canada Glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful scenic views and peace and quiet Before all that 😊👍

Great Views Away From the Hustle & Bustle

Relaxing and peaceful property with an emphasis on country flair. The off road vehicles mentioned in a previous review were non existent and we were able to enjoy much peace and tranquility while soaking up the sun. Property manager was polite and responsive and even had internet and Direct TV installed. We were in town for a night remodel (construction) project and look forward to next time we are in the area for another 4 week project.

Good and beautiful

I live in Tucson and I rented this place for my mom and we enjoyed it. It was nice.

Studio was acceptable, surroundings were not

Apartment was acceptable however there was a junk travel trailer right outside the front door. 3 junk vehicles next to the trailer. All of these vehicles obstructed the view of the beautiful Rincon mtns and the beauty of the surrounding area. It was a huge disappointment that detracted from our stay. Live and learn check it out before renting.
