Dirty appartement - to small for 4p
No owner to be seen on arrival or on departure. A deposit was requested but how can you commit it if there is no site visit on arrival together with the owner. Then we did not find the same as what the ad states. Way too small for 4 people. This flat is quite ok if you want to sleep 2 separately in the beds on the wall. Then you are in the way when you unfold them because exit is blocked. Not safe if evacuated. The flat was very dirty: dirty cutlery, sticky mini kitchen with no light (cooking at night has to be done with a headlamp on), all blankets present did not smell fresh, bathroom was still dirty, barely any toilet paper. It is clear that the owner only wants to earn a good deal on this flat! After being out of the apartment for 5 days, we then get the message that we (4 adults of 37 years) left it dirty. We would like to ask the owner to refund our deposit of 230eur and adjust her ad to reality. Our arrival and departure time was also adjusted by the owner last minute and not as stated in the advertisement. Vrbo, we will contact you with all pictures in case we do not recieve our deposit as statet in timely matter.
