House with a swimming pool, enchanting views of the sea and the city, near the beaches and Calanques Park

Contemporary, soothing detached house, offering an exceptional sea view of the sea and the city, day and night, on the edge of the Calanques National Park, composed of noble materials (raw concrete, wood and glass). It is rather reserved for families with children over 8 years old for access reasons because you will climb 90 steps in our private garden to get there and enjoy day and night the view and the pool with superb sunsets!

Our house, with pool and stunning view on sea and city is located in a dominant position in a quiet area of the south of Marseille, with beaches and the Calanques National Park nearby, providing great outdoor quality of life and scenic hiking opportunities.
Our home offers a living surface of approximately 170 sq.m with a beautiful pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two en suite bedrooms) and a fully equipped kitchen. The north and west exposures provide beautiful sunsets on the sea and day & night breathtaking city views (also thanks to the 90 steps to reach the house!).
Our home is not recommended for small children due to the numerous stairs.

Perfect accommodation

The house has to have one of the best views in all of marseille! It is a new house located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms and kitchen are all very nice. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to marseille

Superschöne Ferien in Pointe Rouge

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns direkt an der U-Bahnstation abgeholt und uns ihr ganzes Haus für Ferien vermietet. Der Blick auf Marseille war hervorragend und das Haus lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Ferienhaus einfach weiter empfehlen.

Vue incomparable sur Marseille

Emplacement exceptionnel à Marseille qui se mérite (quelques marches). Maison très fonctionnelle avec clim impeccable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Bon accueil d'olivier le propriétaire qui nous a laissé à disposition sa super Sono
