Ideal house for a family stay with children.
Are you looking for a peaceful place to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks, away from the crowds of big beach resorts?
This house is perfect for you.
It is located in a dead end street with access to the Billou beach (150m away).
This single-storey 90m2 house includes:
• A spacious and bright living area with a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• A bedroom with a double bed 160 and storage
• A children's bedroom with two single beds and storage (a third bed is possible with a trunckle bed, it’s a pull-out bed)
• A bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
• A large terrace with double exposure (south/west) The house is equipped with a TV, decoder, internet (wifi), washing machine, outdoor table, 2 sun loungers, and electric barbecue. For your children: Don't bring your own, we provide a travel crib, high chair and children's games. They can also find beach buckets and spades. What to do during your stay:
• Water sports enthusiasts will find their paradise at the Dossen beach (10 min walk) where you can practice sailboarding, surfing, kite surfing...
• Walk on the Sieck island (accessible at low tide)
• Walk in Roscoff (6km away) and why not try its Thalasso - Visit the Batz island
• You will even find a small SPA 50 meters away from the house. Household linens provided (sheets and towels) Cleaning fee is included.

Modernes Haus in guter Lage

Ruhiges, modernes Haus. Gute Lage mit Nähe zur Bucht und Strand. Wünschenswert wären noch eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Ging nur auf großer Terrasse.

Location agréable et près de la mer

Séjour du 27 juillet au 3 août 2024, la semaine ou il fallait être a Santec, belle météo. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle a 4 mn de la plage, un vrai confort. Un grand jardin bien clos mais un peu triste, il manque quelques plantes. Je recommande cette location et je conserve les coordonnées pour une prochaine fois

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter

Das Haus war super - Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit Tony vor der Anreise, die Bereitstellung von Informationen und die Absprachen vor Ort mit Valerie und Gilles waren unkompliziert und klappten wunderbar. Wir haben nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Haken im Badezimmer zum Aufhängen nasser Handtücher wären praktisch. Sonst war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank für tolle, entspannte Urlaubstage!

Agréable séjour à Santec

Nous avons fait un agréable séjour au milieu des cultures maraichères bretonnes avec accès directe au GR34 et à de multiples randonnées dans la région. Il y a de très belles plages aux environs immédiats de la maison. Un séjour qui a rempli nos souhaits.

Vraie maison de vacances..... Facile et tranquille..

Améliorer l'espace clos en plantant quelques végétaux. Il serait appréciable que le lit soit fait à l'arrivée.
