Rent house of 56m2; Calm assured, in a large enclosed garden, 100m from the GR34 (coastal path) with direct access on foot to the beach and the port. The rental is located in the property not overlooked with our house 40m away. Close to the center of Binic, the beaches, the swimming pool, the shops and supermarket. 18-hole golf course at 5km.
Description: Living room with TV and fireplace with insert; equipped kitchen area; 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 160 bed in the other 140 bed + TV; (If sheets provided 13€ per bed). Beautiful bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi network. Large games room (with ping-pong, bay-foot and billiards, at your disposal) contiguous but independent of the rental. Barbecue. Large enclosed garden at your disposal.

Family and dog in magic garden by the sea

We have had a great week in Binic at thePailliers residence. The house is a gardeners home in a lovely garden, the main house is a castle. The views walking the dog by the sea is stunning. The Pailliers are very friendly, they helped us with garage contacts when the alarm for our car’s engine gave us a hard time. Together with their daughter in law we understood each other and got the perfect help with our car. The daughter in law is Swedish just like us. The house in the garden is lovely just what we needed for our stay and the location next to the sea with beautiful walks and a lovely walking route to the town centre is without competition. We’d love to return again.

Maison très agréable au calme à proximité des plages et du centre ville.Un havre de paix, nous y avons passé 15 jours très agréables.Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques et de bons conseils si besoin.Parfait sur toute la ligne rien à redire

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.Le logement est agréable et le jardin est magnifique. Nous avons été bien accueillis par nos hôtes, discrets et disponibles.L'emplacement est très bien situé, à deux pas du GR34, non loin de splendides endroits à visiter : côte de Granit Rose, côte Emeraude, ...La station balnéaire de Binic a beaucoup d'attrait.

Petite maison charmante et très bien placée

La maison est fonctionnelle, très mignonne et dans un environnement très agréable. Elle est située dans le jardin des propriétaires, très calme et très fleuri. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets.

La maison est très agréable et les hôtes charmants. Le lieu est magnifique, très proche du GR34 et du centre à pied. Très calme.
