This is a very safe, secure and peaceful place with over 320Sq meters of living and roof top space! Short walk from the Penthouse to the sea! Coffee shops and restaurants are on the promenade 30 seconds from the Penthouse. Grocery shopping, and retail shops are all walking distance. Nearby parking is available an can be arranged at minimal cost.

No holiday!

It was cancelled 24 hours before departure by the host because of a water leak. The format does not allow me to make no comment in any category!!!!! Hence the one star category for all except the hosts response to the situation !5starIhave no doubt the apartment would have been as described. I am disappointed that VRBO ‘s organisation has not recognised that the holiday DID not happen and since refunded the cost but still pursue a review - not very joined up.

Fabulous!

I would highly recommend this property! The location is walkable to restaurants, shops, transportation, etc. Needless to say, the penthouse is perfect - elevator goes right into the living room, and the bathrooms and kitchen are renovated. The views from the balcony and roof top with pool/ furniture overlook the ocean. Would stay at this beautiful penthouse, again!

Refurb required & construction next door.

Look, we had a great time, location brilliant and the management team were great but to say this property has been recently refurbished is a stetch. It needs some TLC. But the one thing to know is that next door are extending and there is a significant amount of work ongoing, the roof terrace is now no longer private. When we were there there was a mobile crane lifting rebar matting and agregate up and taking ruble in the opposite direction. It would have been good to have known about this as we booked because my wife is recuperating from an accident so we wanted some where private etc. You will not need an alarm clock...however they do knock off early afternoon! Im sure that the place was once awesome but it is not what we expected. Check and ask for some updated pictures before you book.

Great place, great location 5/5 - would recommend anyone.

First time in Malta and the experience couldn’t have been better. The place has a private elevator into a very spacious penthouse with amazing sea views and a pool on the roof. Communication with the host and property manager was smooth and ultra responsive. Would def. Stay again

Penthouse Paradise

My family’s stay in Malta was fantastic and it was in large part due to our selection of this penthouse property. We arrived a couple of hours early since we were at the mercy of the airlines’ schedule and were banking on leaving our luggage at the penthouse and grabbing a bite to eat. The property management team was more than accommodating and had no problem with that. The rental had plenty of space for my wife, 2 kids (10 and 8) and I. Ample refrigerator space and a washing machine were huge conveniences while the pool on the rooftop was a dream come true when wanting to cool down and relax after a day of site seeing. The view of the Mediterranean and the proximity of grocery stores and restaurants couldn’t have been any better. All in all, for a rental property in Europe, we were completely satisfied and would 100% stay here again.

Superb views from balcony

The property has plenty of space, comfortable beds, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-fi,with superb views over Sliema seafront from the balcony and roof terrace. Both Martin and the property manager, Gerry, were very helpful answering queries and concerns both before and during our stay. The apartment and particularly the roof terrace are in need of some refurbishment, although as there was a major storm shortly before our stay, we probably did not see the roof terrace at it's best.

Penthouse in Sliema

Wir haben vorab alle notwendigen Informationen zum selbst Check-In erhalten. Somit konnten wir problemlos direkt nach Ankunft das Penthouse betreten. Da es davor selber nicht vermietet war konnten wir sogar schon morgens anreisen. Der erste Eindruck war atemberaubend, jedoch bei genauerem Hinsehen fällt die Abnutzung auf, was wiederum zu erwarten, aber nicht störend war. Die Lage vom Penthouse war perfekt, Badestrand, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren alle innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Bei einem weiteren Malta Besuch würden wir wieder das Penthouse nehmen!

Mini break with 3 generations

Super spacious property with many areas to relax in, both the large main balcony and the vast roof terrace were super additions, with wonderful views. Property largely suitable for all generations in our group. The roof terrace would not be suitable for younger children or those with mobility issues. Very helpful Apartment manager who was accommodating and responsive with our many queries and questions.

Relaxing break.

Fabulous appartment in the centre of Sliema. Lots to visit in Malta and some nice restaraunts. My only small niggle is that the property is in need of a coat of paint.
