WHAT TO EXPECT
From the moment you arrive, this home offers a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. Inside, the updated design features modern finishes, comfortable furnishings, and an open layout that makes it easy to relax and spend time together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, while both bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and convenience.

Very clean and comfortable, more than fully stocked with kitchen ware, outdoor grill by the beautiful pool, laundry access, and ample parking. The location is also perfect - close to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store and the beach access road. We will rent again!

The property was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all the items I needed even though I had brought my own. I loved that there was a place for the dogs to use the restroom and that a scooper was available to use. The pool area was amazing. There were two outdoor showers available which was very convenient especially coming back from the beach. Everything is close by. I would definitely rent again . Only 1 thing I can say is I wish the beds were a little more comfortable.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The vacation house was in a great spot that was close to all the places my family wanted to go to!!! The pool was the highlight of the trip and where we spent most of our time while at the house!! Would highly recommend for a family of four like ours, and we also took our two dogs who seemed to love it as well!!

Absolutely phenomenal. We were forced to check in 30 minutes late, which has a parent of three is a little stressful. But the place is absolutely insane.

We had a really nice stay at this property. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The pool was a wonderful bonus and a perfect way to spend the afternoons after coming back from the beach. The location was also great, literally just a short golf cart drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shops.One of the highlights for us was that the property is pet-friendly. It made our trip so much easier to bring our furry family members along, and the space worked well for having pets with us.The only minor downside was that some of the furniture wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, this is a clean, convenient, pet friendly spot with a pool, and we’d definitely consider staying again.

We booked the trip and had an unexpected emergency and then death of a family member. No we did not buy the insurance at first but definitely tried to after (about a week) due to our unforeseen situation. We were not permitted by the site. So we do not want to lose our friends money who booked with us, so we went. The pool was not warm despite the purchase of the pool heater, and the king bedroom bathroom has a sewer smell coming from the drains. The host was slow to respond prior to the date of the trip and when we asked about a light in the pool for evening time, we never received a response. The whole thing was just hard. The house is nice and the bra is beautiful, and we did swim some. It just would have been nice for some compassion and better communication. It was the beginning of spring break so I’m sure they would have been able to book the home if we were permitted to cancel due to life circumstances. We learned a hard lesson during a painful time. We will always get insurance because we cannot count on compassion. It was nice to be able to connect with nature at the beach and we do appreciate the house. We hope the next person has a better experience all the way around

While we always want to accommodate our guests whenever possible, we were sadly unable to cancel and issue a refund outside of the policy and timeframe. We do strongly recommend travel insurance for situations like this, as it can provide coverage for unexpected circumstances. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: beach home was great! few issues nothing major, but maintenance was quick to respond landscaping by the pool area was a bit overgrown (nothing major) and kids had a great time in the heated pool hope to be back next summer!!!

Super quiet neighborhood mins from the beach.

This property was great. Great location with a private pool, around the corner from the beach. Our family had such a great time here. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
