Wake up each morning to breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves nearby, then cruise over the community boardwalk to the beach in your included 6-seater golf cart. Spend your days soaking up the sun, searching for seashells, and enjoying the laid-back island lifestyle. After a day of seaside adventures, unwind in your private pool and enjoy the peaceful coastal breeze. When the sun goes down, the fun keeps going in the converted garage game room, complete with foosball, washers, a Tesla charger, and more. From sunrise to sunset, this home is designed for effortless luxury, comfort, and unforgettable beach memories.
Please note that golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
The pool cannot be heated. We do have the pool serviced twice a week, on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. Please note that this home is located in a developing community and there may be construction nearby.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from various items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more. Select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Due to minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• No refunds are provided for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
