Welcome to your Palm Beach paradise, where ocean breezes, stunning views, and laid-back luxury come together for the ultimate Port Aransas escape.
This beautifully designed coastal retreat features three spacious bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views, listen to the waves in the distance, and ease into your day with coffee on the balcony as the coastal breeze rolls in.

Spend your days cruising to the beach in your included 6-seater golf cart, exploring the shoreline, and soaking up the sun. When you're ready to cool off, head back to your private pool or relax in one of the outdoor seating areas. As the day winds down, the fun continues in the garage game room, complete with foosball, washers, and space to hang out and unwind. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable group stays, this home delivers the perfect mix of beachside relaxation and fun-filled entertainment.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogieboards, and more.
• Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

Unfortunately this was not the place for us. The house is directly next to a lot that is under construction. Every single day during our stay we had construction noise, yelling workers and construction vehicles parked adjacent to our property. I addressed this issue prior to going forward with the rental because this was a huge concern. I was told construction was a couple of homes down, not directly next door. That being said, I alerted the property manager - was offered two additional days on the stay or for a future date. That would not work. Also, the pool was full of sand the entire stay and not usable.The morning we were departing pool maintenance told us that this is the worst they had ever seen this pool. We were informed that they come once a week, not twice as the listing states. Also, there is no game room . This is a dingy garage that has a foosball table and a few other toys. It is not cozy, it is downstairs adjacent to the pool and tiny.The house is extremely small. There are no dressers, only small cubbies for clothing. There is no place to store luggage either. There are hooks on the walls with hangers only.The deck has two seats only and is extremely small. Your view is of a beautiful home that primarily blocks your view of the water.The golf cart that comes with your rental does not look at all like the golf cart advertised. We received a dated, beat up golf cart. It had mechanical issues, backfiring numerous times while we used it.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. Port Aransas is a growing coastal community, and while we do our best to communicate nearby construction as transparently as possible, conditions can change quickly and are outside of our control. This is noted in our listing so guests can make informed decisions prior to booking. We did address your concerns during your stay and offered options in an effort to accommodate you. The pool was professionally serviced the morning of your arrival, with time-stamped documentation confirming it was clean and in proper condition at check-in. Due to the home’s proximity to the dunes, some sand can naturally accumulate, which is also disclosed in the listing. We were not notified of any pool concerns during your stay and would have gladly sent our team back out had we been made aware. Regarding the golf cart, we partner with a licensed third-party provider, and neither the golf cart company nor we were notified of any issues during your stay. The golf cart company would have gladly swapped it out. The home’s layout and amenities are accurately reflected in the listing photos and description, and we encourage guests to review these details prior to booking. We take pride in our homes and service and remain committed to providing a great experience for our guests.

We had the BEST vacation here. We are very familiar with Port A and the area in which we stayed. This house offered privacy and had everything we needed (the crockpot was our biggest need and this house had that!). The pool was the perfect size as we were traveling with kids and it was perfect after a day at the beach! We will certainly be back!
