Freshly renovated in a contemporary spirit, its 90 m2 will welcome you with all the comforts for your stay
In its Natura 2000 classified district, you will enjoy a south-facing exposure overlooking the forest

The apartment has 2 bedrooms:
The master bedroom 30m2 with its kingsize bed hotel quality, its dressing room and its shower room with toilet (two large openings of 140 modular as you wish)
The rock and roll room has a direct view of nature and is close to the second shower room and a separate toilet
The living room of 40 m2 facing south fully equipped high-end open kitchen, wine cellar

The host is very friendly and the property is stunning! Even though I spoke very little French we communicated just fine.i really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!

The host, Fabrice, was very helpful and offered suggestions for local restaurants and sites to visit. He was very flexible in arranging both our arrival time and our departure time. His apartment is very modern and comfortable, as is shown in the photos. We loved the kitchen as it was well equipped for our use. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of Saint Jean de Luz yet is still close to the centre of the town for all the activities that were underway. We highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

A beautiful space - over expectations

We spent 3 days at Fabrice’s loft. Beautifully decorated, bedding extra comfortable and designer appliances. Fabrice is an artist and his pieces are all over the loft. Highly recommended.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, meublé et décoré avec goût. Accueil chaleureux de Fabrice qui a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes quant aux horaires d’arrivée et de départ ! Très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Wir hatten leider kaltes Wetter, sodass wir Fabrice gebeten haben die Heizung anzuschalten. Nach einiger Wartezeit hat es auch funktioniert. Unser Hund war auch willkommen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Küche haben außer zum Frühstücken nicht genutzt.

N’oubliez pas de dire que vous avez pris le climatiseur pour le chauffage …le chauffage centrale de la maison était sur 22 degrés , mais avec le climatiseur que vous avez mis en route forcement !! L’erreur est humaine Au plaisir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! l'hébergement est très agréable, les prestations sont à la hauteur des photos; les terrasses face au jardin pour le petit déjeuner en toute intimité, le jardin tout clôturé et luxuriant est très agréable, parfait pour notre chien RIO qui en a bien profité.

Logement conforme à la description, situé au calme dans une ruelle montante avec un espace de stationnement juste devant. La ville n' est pas accessible à pied, mais l'environnement est paisible. Fabrice et sa sœur sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Le logement est très confortable, avec des prestations haut de gamme et une literie impeccable.

Parfait

Merci à FABRICE, notre hotte qui nous a gâté dès notre arrivée avec une très bonne bouteille de vin et des petits cadeaux au départ, la maison est super et l’emplacement idéal à 1,5 km de Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement dans une maison au calme.Très belle décoration faite avec goût tout y est pour que l'on s'y sente bien et où rien ne manque.Contact direct avec le propriétaire très sympathique. et réactif.Juste un point génant mais personnel le jardin, plein de belles essences, peu accessible car pentu si l'on n'a pas des jambes solides.

Très bel emplacement et excellentes prestations

Très bel appartement en rez de maison avec très bel terrasse. Equipements au top. Excellents matelas. A 5 mn du centre ville. Un petit bemol : pas de four micro onde (ou pas trouvé). Propriétaire charmant et accueillant. A refaire.

Super loft sur la Cote Basque

Joli loft spacieux et comfortable, tres propre. Bonne literie et au calme loin de la circulation de st Jean de Luz. Belle cuisine bien equipee et une terrasse avec vue sur la verdure. Boulangerie a 10 minutes a pied. Et une gentille attention en fin de sejour du proprietaire.l equipement pour faire quelques exercises de sport un plus pour nous.
