A stunning private association beach on the Vineyard Sound is just a 2/10 mile walk or drive away. Relax and soak up glorious beach days without the crowds (or worrying about parking) and dynamite sunsets over cocktails on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a beach wagon are all available for your use, along with gas and charcoal grills for your outdoor cooking enjoyment.

It’s tucked away amidst peaceful beauty of the exclusive Mink Meadows neighborhood, located in West Chop, about 2 miles from charming shops and restaurants of downtown Vineyard Haven. We are a family of 5 with three kids ages 12, 10, and 7. We love to spend time on the island of Martha's Vineyard whenever we can. Our kids love going back and forth all day between the Mink Meadows pond to catch crabs and the ocean. When we are on island we love long beach days, dinners out, and ice cream :)

Hands down, the private beach access. As the Vineyard becomes more popular (and crowded), we love to relax at our association beach where we don’t have to worry about crowds or parking. We also love the peaceful beauty of West Chop and the house’s proximity to Vineyard Haven and surrounding areas for shopping and dining.
